“Best service I’ve ever seen from a retail shoe store. High tech—they use a 3D foot scanner to help find the best fit and then advise on shoe selection. High touch—a rep greets you and stays with you the whole time. I have to brag on the team member Clay—he unboxed every shoe for me, prepared it for trying on, and then did something I have never seen before at a shoe store: he literally asked to put each pair of shoes on my feet and lace them up for me. Truly outstanding shopping experience!”

“I went to order some boots for my husband, they were super nice and helped me find a great pair of boots similar to what my husband bought there years ago. When I was leaving I saw another pair I thought my husband would love, and I was a little hesitant but another very sweet girl helped me out and it turns out, the second pair of boots match my husbands favorite belt perfectly. Thank you to both girls, y'all were huge help!!!”

“Great shopping experience at DXL. Darrel was great at helping us find everything we needed for my husband who has recently lost weight. I love the new Vinyard Vines apparel that you are now carrying and there’s always a great selection of Ralph Lauren as well. This was Darrel’s first time being alone at the store and he did a great job handling multiple customers in the store while still giving us the personal touch.”

“Huge selection for men and women. Thousands of boots even for bigger guys. Prices are kind of high but theyre reasonable for the most part. The hat bar is amazing with all of the more expensive brands on a wall so you can see them clearly (Resistol, Rodeo King, American, and the Cavenders brand.) Amazing service and the staff is always happy to help. Love coming here!”
