“Had an exceptional customer service experience with Kathryn and Katura at the customer service desk. Katura provided excellent insight and help on how to find the product I was looking for. Then, prior to leaving the store Kathryn stopped me, went into the back, and actually found the product that I was looking for for my son. That's an example of hearing your customer, focusing on their needs, and providing them with the results they are looking for. Fantastic job ladies! Please recognize both of them.

“I appreciate the prompt restocking of merchandise and quick self-checkout, which is something that competitors seem to struggle with. Also, I'm so pleased to see that the grocery section has been enlarged with more refrigerated food options and produce. I'd like to see it enlarged even more, though. “If I could, I would give 100 stars! Devon at the Gardendale location is truly the best! If you want it done right, PLEASE go see Devon. He always has a very positive attitude, he never rushes you and most importantly he makes sure you as the customer understands what’s going on no matter the situation. “I went into Metro with a completely busted phone — the screen was glitching, opening and closing apps on its own, and I couldn’t really use it anymore. I’d also just moved and had a lot of other bills to handle, so getting a new phone wasn’t really in my budget.
Jackie and Tanita were honestly amazing. They were cool, down-to-earth, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. They didn’t treat me like just another sale — they asked the right questions, looked over my account, and found me the best possible deal for my situation. They even took the time to transfer my number and set up my new phone perfectly.
