For me, it is a one stop shop. There is a bank right in front of it and a gas station about a quarter of a mile away. On top of that, it is located on a beautiful base with awesome scenery. It reminds me of the days when I was in the military and had access to such amenities. I can't wait to visit again one day.”

Ulta Beauty moved out of Target last month, so Target moves its own beauty department in on Sept. 10. The retailer will open Target Beauty Studio in more than 600 stores and on Target.com, stocking more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige and emerging brands.
