“Stopped in Tuesday on a mission for Daughter an outfit to wear to her daughter graduation. Success!! And used the bathroom at a chevron on the way as they won't let a senior who came from BIG LAKE use theirs. They did say they are working on that policy. 5% off for using NORDSTROM card. Slight mix up but cashier corrected. The 3x ladies working the registers on Tuesday 24th were all fabulous. I was SOUR after last visit being told no to restroom. Glad I went again. Love NORDSTROM!!”
“I had an AMAZING experience at this location recently! After searching all over town for a 9ft Christmas tree, I called and got what seemed like VIP treatment to get the display tree (last available) not only off the floor, but wrapped up and loaded into my car for me. Nothing short of the best customer service from all, but especially Christina who helped me!”

“Seems like stock can be an issue here….yet when I visit this Target I find what I a looking for which is not food items. A quiet stop for the times I have been which is not many. Thankful the southside has a Target for those moments you need them.

“I went shopping the other day and every time I look up there was a cop and store employee. Now I'm not homeless and definitely don't look homeless. When I got to the register and they saw that I paid they walked away. I was really mad and hurt by the experience. I work 2 jobs and always pay for whatever I may want at that time. So now when I get off of work I'm going to fred Meyer and simply walk around and act like I'm buying something just to waste there time. People if you find yourself in the same situation being followed by store cop or employee simply walk out and boycott them.”
“Good service with friendly people, but so much of the merchandise is under lock and key. I was looking at sleeping bags and the items were not in the correct spot. You have to get an employee to open the cage and do a price check on each item. The employee was clearly busy, so i felt rushed. Otherwise, store was clean and well stocked.”

“They were able to get my needed eye drops transfer and filled in under an hour. The staff were super swamped, only had to wait about 40 min.
Besides the store being locked up and having to wait for 15 min to get nasal spray unlocked, it's not a terrible store”
“I love shopping at the store that’s on old Seward Highway. The people are very helpful. What you need is usually in stock.. in fact, I was there a night before last I had hurt my foot so I was having to use the drive guard and the staff there went over and above what their job requires assisting me. I love shopping at the Walmart on the old Seward Highway. They have a definite customer for life.”

“Me and my Fiancee came in looking for a matching set of simple gold bands and gold Cuban chains, Haley Christian helped us out and we couldn't have been more impressed with our experience! She was personable, kind, patient with us while we worked out what we wanted and could make work, and pulled so many strings and went out of her way to make things work for us!
Unfortunately in the end we were not able to get what we originally wanted simply due to the prices on gold being much higher than were originally noted in their pricing book due to the recent jump in the gold market.
Would come back and work with Haley 10/10 times, great experience.”

“ngl imo we looked hella ghetto but were helped very well lol my husband bought a ring online and it did not fit my finger so we brought it in to see what we could do. he didn’t buy the lifetime warranty so we bought it then & there and the ring was sent to be resized. it was estimated to be 3weeks but it took 1 when they called us. the people there were kind and helpful!”
“Recently visited looking for some clothes for work and I always appreciate the variety they carry! Lots of sports brands and I managed to find a bunch of beauty and home products because they're stocked up for Christmas! Of course there's overflow, but the store is clean and maintained as well as any store can approaching the holidays. Customer service was satisfactory and there were no lines so I was in and out when I wanted.”

“3/30/25. Pharmacist, Kristen, is super helpful. Her “bedside manner” is as so refreshing. She’s kind, caring, cheerful, and understanding. There was an issue with Medicare covering a drug. She offered several ideas and options. Thank you for having her on the team here. Violet wasn’t bad but didn’t offer any empathy.”
“The tool counter had a whole bunch of people so I took my purchase to the women's counter on the way out to the mall. Both of the tool guy and the gal that helped me at the women's counter were very personable and nice”
“I am not sure if this target has had some shipment issues or what but the last few times I have been I haven't been able to get what I was looking for because they were out of stock and just looking around you can see lots of bare shelves. The store is generally clean although the bathrooms need a good cleaning. The staff is great as always.”
