“We recently made a quick stop at Target Tikahtnu to grab toddler medicine. Target South is definitely more organized and put together. Though, Target Tikatnu's children's section is noticeably larger and with more product. I'll have to keep that in my back pocket for future baby showers etc. It's a trek to visit north Anchorage, but that trek may be worth it, in this case.”

“Large store has more groceries compared to other targets in Alaska. They’re currently under construction in the Starbucks and Pizza Hut department and their customer service area. The stores clean their cleaning the registers after every use as much as possible. Enjoyed my quick shopping trip for essentials.”

“Thank you for being there JCPenney.. It reminded me of 1985 with my grandparents at the Kmart in Gresham Oregon... I love clearance..They had a lot of that but nothing that was cute or good deal.. almost the racks seam like old lady clothes.. there was some decent bras and panties on the clearance rack I saved a ton.. worth a try”

“It's the biggest I've been in. A lot of stuff to see and find. The biggest problem is the size. Maybe having map handouts to where things are, an advertised web map, or signs. But everything was clean, the floors and shelves spotless. The staff was helpful. Overall a good visit.”

“Well, it’s Walmart so what more can be said? There is a large, varied selection of goods to choose from. Parking is better than most stores. Sadly I can’t speak to the cleanliness of the store, as most of the time I’m trying to get what I need and leave. To me, Walmart is not a mall, therefore I’m not there to window shop.”

“They always have what i need and even show me what i didn't know i need. For a cure coat fire my dog that was not what i needed but a very good price. And a mop, a regular old sponge mop.Tonight however it was CROWDED, and not enough help, and the women's bathroom was disgusting. So they need to put more effort into paying people to be there.”

You can also buy local Alaskan souvenirs here. The self-checkout is quick and painless.The produce is surprisingly fresh.The curbside pick-up is fast and easy.”

“Great selection!..and Loss prevention is FULLY staffed at Burlington. Needed clothing for a job interview. Had no choice but to bring my adhd son. They followed us all over the store. Each section and also most isles. I headed to front of store to leave cart and bring son out to have a stern talking to, was met with three store GUARDS inside a triangle. Unfortunately we were herded out of the store and wasn't not able to purchase what we came for.”

“This store is like nothing I've ever been to before. It's a good grocery store, a good home goods store, sells electronics, sells clothes... It's huge (srsly) and what I think Target wishes it was. All of the employees we encountered were super nice as well!”

“Exceptional service and high quality items! I first got to know of 6th Avenue because I was looking for warm winter wear that we could rent during our stay in Alaska. As a person who comes from a tropical country, it is very important for me to feel warm despite -30 temperatures. 6th Avenue provided the gear to do that, and thanks to them, I was able to be out all day, comfortably hiking glaciers and hunting aurora without feeling cold at all. Staff were quick to respond to all my queries via call and mail, and thanks to Kate, Aaron and Sally's help, we were able to get the right size of clothes even though we never tried fitting it in their store. They also went above and beyond to ship the items all the way to my hotel in Fairbanks and then have it picked up when I was done using it. Will definitely recommend them for anyone who is coming to Alaska!”
