“Went I to have a family ring resized to fit and wasn’t fitting after it was done. Apparently the style of ring did not accommodate the design so it needed to be redone. Roy was very understanding and offered to correct it at no charge! I also had a necklace that needed some work after it was cleaned and found to have loose prongs that held the diamonds. The owner Roy was very fast, accomplished and knowledgeable in his service, fees and suggestions. I would recommend him to all my family and friends to check him out for your diamond and jewelry business 10 out of 10.”

Since I had a simple band they were able to complete a rush order in 1.5 hrs; I was able to keep the excitement and show off the ring. The ring looks flawless and they even gave it a good clean before returning it.”

From the moment we walked into the store to when we picked up the ring and went home with it, we were treated so incredibly well! They went over how they would lower the setting and the costs. Everything was very fair, and I appreciated how excited they were to take on the project. It only took about two weeks from us dropping it off to receiving it back!
