“I had an excellent experience with Hamid. He did a fantastic job detailing my Toyota Tacoma and the results exceeded my expectations. The truck is nine years old, and after Hamid was finished with it, both the interior and exterior looked remarkably refreshed. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. The interior was spotless, the exterior looked fantastic, and it was clear that he took real pride in his work rather than simply rushing through the job. He was also friendly, professional, and great to deal with. I was having the truck detailed in preparation for selling it, and Hamid’s work made a noticeable difference in how well it presents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would happily bring another vehicle to him in the future. Thanks, Hamid, for the outstanding work!”

“I have now been going to Clearwash from past 3 -4 years and every time I get my car back, feels like sitting in a new car :) The team always does an amazing job. Also, Jag and team are so accommodating . I don’t have leather seats and every time I take it to them, they just put life back in those messy seats. Thank you Jag and team!”

“We needed winter tires for our 2026 Tesla Y as we were about to drive into BC in October. I did a lot of comparison shopping for the right tires and concluded that Kraken was quoting us a fair price for the tires we wanted. The service was excellent, very professional and met our timing requirements. I have no problem recommending them to family and friends.”

“The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. My overall experience was amazing. I had tree sap removed from the entire vehicle. They did a great job. I noticed several types of vehicles ranging from sports cars to full size suv's. The detailing on everyone of them was top notch 👌. I definitely would recommend giving them a shot yes it's more than a few other places but the quality of detailing is worth it.”

“I will definitely be using them again. I really appreciate the work they did on my vehicle and their friendly and accommodating approach. I got the gold interior package and it is absolutely spotless, my 2016 car looks brand new. They even gave the outside a wash which is so appreciative that they went above and beyond. My husband, who is very particular (as he used to be a detailer himself) is very happy with the work they did. The air freshener is a nice touch. Thank you for doing a fantastic job, we will see you again, and I will highly recommend you to anyone I can.”

“They use soap the one over by by Costco by the reserve. They do not use soap. It doesn't work all the time. The soap and so you're getting your car washed by just water recycled water scratches. They use soap at this place and it was really nice. The car was really nice and clean. That's why I gave it a five star. The one over by the native reserve is garbage. They don't repair it. Don't fix it. Things are broken all the time”

“I recently had my car detailed at South Pointe and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. ### Customer Service The staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained the different detailing services available. I appreciated their willingness to accommodate my specific needs. ### Quality of Work I opted for my interior to be clean and the results exceeded my expectations. The car was spotless, inside and out. - **Exterior:** The wash removed all dirt and grime, and the waxing left my car with a beautiful shine. - **Interior:** The vacuuming was thorough, and they used high-quality products for upholstery cleaning. Even the small details, like cleaning the air vents and dashboard, were not overlooked. ### Pricing The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service provided. They offer various packages, so it’s easy to find one that fits your budget. ### Conclusion Overall, I highly recommend South pointe for anyone looking for professional car detailing. I left feeling like I was driving a brand-new vehicle!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this detailing company. They stepped in after a botched oil change at Jiffy Lube Bowness, where my oil cap was left off and oil sprayed all over my engine bay. The mess was significant but this team handled it with total professionalism. They did an incredibly thorough engine bay clean, took the situation seriously, and treated my car with real care and attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about customer safety and satisfaction. My engine bay looks immaculate. Highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you need expert-level detailing done right. Absolute lifesavers.”

“I’ve never been to a better self-service car wash in all my life. People may complain about wait times or vacuum strength, but listen, across ALL OF NORTH AMERICA, this is about as good as it gets. Accepts card, extremely fair value, great water pressure and temp, clean bays, & ive only been twice but both times multiple bays were open when I arrived.”

“Used the manual car wash, can tap card and got like 3:30 for $5, other pricing options as well. Strong stream and decent prices. Don't listen to the negative reviews, those people have issues over nothing. I can't speak to the automatic car wash.”

“Took my car in to get detailed; it was a mess and full of dog hair. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations by far. I’m shocked at how well they restored my car. Customer service was also top notch. Patrick was so nice and explained everything to me. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!”

“I came here for the first time based on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m really glad I did. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure how everything worked, but the owner was very friendly and took the time to explain the process to me. The whole car wash process was simple and easy to follow, and my car turned out very clean. Compared to automatic car washes, I really enjoy the hands-on experience here. Great service and a great experience overall — I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Edit: I am updating my review as I did receive a call back a couple days later. They provided me a washcode plus extra for my inconvenience. I appreciate the follow up and addressing the issue. This location is close to my work and a convenient location. They have a card option with preset values and a change machine, which I haven't used. Preset values can't be stopped and no pay as you use with card option, which i find inconvenient. Todays i had an issue where a wand was broken and wasn't noticed until after i paid and went to use. I tried calling the number but didn't get anyone and left a voicemail. Likely would be more of a headache than the $6 is worth. I will update and provide a better review if i get my money refunded without hassle.”

“I landed on this gem while in the area and noticed the self car wash also offers car detailing. I made an appointment for my mom's car (Mother's Day gift) and was very happy with the results. for under $100 I got the basic package that offered spotless cleaning throughout the vehicle. The next grade cleaning service includes shampooing, which is excellent for transitioning from winter sludge to the Spring. I went back 3 months later to bring my dad's car (Father's Day gift) and within 1.5 hours the SUV was spick-span polished! Thank you to the team for being so reliable in their quality and work! Note: out of respect for people's privacy, they refrain from cleaning the dashboard or the centre console where people tend to store personal belongings. If you want these two cleaned, just mention it so they know they have permission to cover those areas as well! Respectful and polite, I'm happy to promote this business to others!”

“Gentleman was very friendly and offered me assistance with which cleaning product to buy, then even offered me a free cleaning rag, and hoped that they provide good service to me. The vacuum is really easy to use and up high so it’s not dragging everywhere, and didn’t cost an arm and a leg to use the vacuum either. Overall good service :)”

“Love the produce here. The store is quite small and it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and you can't beat the staff and the shopping experience is calm and relaxing nothing like the terrible Superstore experience. I will continue to shop Co-op forever.”

“I was amazed how awesome this car wash place is. I have been to numerous auto and manual car washes in NE Calgary and this place deserves the 1st. I never seen my car this clean after a 10min wash except at this place. The best and the key is the pre-soak. You can literally see the thick mud drooping off soon after you spray the pre-soak.”

“While passing through Calgary, we stopped to wash our motorhome. The parking lot entry is a little tight, we had disconnected our toad before we got there, and it would have been impossible to pull in with the toad attached. That aside, the bay is large with machines to the front and rear with wands and foam brushes front and rear so you have plenty of options for cleaning longer vehicles Departing there’s plenty of room, we hooked up the toad before we pulled out of the bay. The bay on the left-hand side is easier to get into, and has a cat walk on the left-hand side of the bay Easy on and off from TCH one. Just like our luck, as we pulled out of the bay, a thunderstorm rolled through and we’re already covered once again with road film 🤪”

“A good carwash, it appears to have cleaned well with presoak, high pressure soap and rinse, although the tires didn't come very clean. I didn't use spot free rinse or wax, I will try them next time and update my review.”
