“Costco gas stations always offer a lower price for gas, and this location is no different. Diesel is offered here, too.Wait time varies, but it's nowhere near as bad as Beacon Hill. The drawback is that they never expanded the pumps to 3 per lane, like at Taza and Beacon Hill.”

“When gas prices were about to go up.I went to Trio and filled up. On that day regular gas was 1.34. A bargain, everywhere else was 1.38. And free air for tires.”

“Update:this is not my grocery store and I only stop here now and then because it's on the way home from work. I've been making more of an effort to go here because usually the customer service is good and the stores laid out so nicely. However today was a rather negative experience. The cashier at the front who I believe his name was possibly Wanda? (I couldn't see the first letter, she had a eastern european accent I believe,) was rather abrupt and rude, and really made me feel like she was rushing me because I was trying to pull up my membership so she could scan the number. As I said I don't shop your regularly, so the app wasn't working properly. She kept insisting I could go to the customer service desk and get it fixed afterwards. When I was still trying to get my app to work while she was packing groceries, she was quite snotty with me about having to move my stuff out of the way so that she could continue to pack the groceries. Her personality was as cold as ice. At the customer service desk I very politely hinted at it when I had to submit my receipt (after finding out to my inconvenience that I was going to have to send the receipt to head office , and would not be getting the points right away.) I mentioned that the cashier had made me feel quite rushed, and the lady at customer service just said nothing. Even when our transaction was completed and I thanked her, she said nothing. I don't know if this is new staffing or just an unfortunate day, but it certainly didn'tCo-op always stands out to me as having the best customer service, and the best produce of any grocery store. I don't shop here that often, simply because it's not as close and convenient as my neighbourhood Sobeys. However, whenever I do, it always makes an impression on me how well-organized the store is, how good the produce is, and how friendly the staff are, (and it seems to be consistent snd every Co-oo.)There was a product that was advertised as being on sale, and it's scanned at a higher price. Without even telling me, the employee that I had asked about the pricing, just cheerfully put it through at the price I thought it was, as the signage was incorrect, (she said only after I inquired. )She did it without question, wherein many other grocery stores would have just said the sign was wrong. Its obvious Co-op places value on customer service, and it shows. Maybe I will make the effort to shop here more often.”

“Always has great prices for gas. Staff inside can be friendly. Security this person outside does their best to guide people who have no idea where to go but don’t expect to see someone directing traffic. It’s worth the stop.”

“My wife and I stopped by this location on the way to Banff when visiting Calgary from California few weeks ago. The staff were very nice and helpful. The facility is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this spot for freshly cooked sweet potato fries and a refreshing ice cold root beer.”

“Lineup didnt take too long as there were a multitude of pumps, with the nozzles also being able to reach to the far side of any vehicle, so no matter what side your tank may be on, you can always just pick the shortest line.”

“Family owned and operated by amazing people. This is Western Canada's only pump E85 station, even with the huge demand there's never an issue with supply. I've yet to see anyone show any lack of quality in the fuel from this station either, always 80% or higher.”

“I stop here for gas often. Great service with the staff. BUT... today my bf bought me a hot chocolate. I don't know how they fill the machine but the hot chocolate didn't taste like hot chocolate. It tasted like hot milk with a hint of chocolate. Not a biggy. Didn't ruin my day. But hopefully a staff member reads this and fixes the issue. Thank you. P.S. Pic is of my "hot chocolate".”

“This is a pretty good store. I was in grocery for 20 years so I have a general idea of what it's like to be close to head office and your store having to look Immaculate almost all of the time. So this store I would give honestly a 5 out of 5 it had everything in stock and the cashier was helpfulI'll definitely continue shopping at Calgary co-op”

“It's a fairly well managed Co-op. Produce is mostly fresh and the meats are great. Only complaint is the prices are a little higher that other grocery stores. Plenty of parking.”

“My uncle has a disability that makes it super hard for him to walk. The gentlemen who work here come out to his car to help him when they see him arrive and know him on a first name basis. I really appreciate you all for going above and beyond when you don’t have to. Thank you for making my uncle’s life a little bit easier.”

“If you have a PC Master Card, then it makes sense to get gas at this gas station as you will get tons of points that you can use in Superstore. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the South Trail Crossings shopping centre (130th Ave). It is rare when you have to go into the little store but if you do, the staff is really nice and courteous. I will be back for sure.”

“After shopping quite a few times at Freshco and No Frills for low prices and my nearest locations, I could not find a few things on my grocery lists and the staff could not give you the time of day. Decided to try Creekside Co-op and it was the best shopping experience. Tuesday at 9:15 am, no crowds, very helpful staff in meats, deli, eggs, produce and check out. Forgot what customer service was! I shop the perimeter of stores, purchasing produce, meats and dairy. Prices were comparable if one takes the time to find sale or fresh vs frozen items. Huge selection of fresh produce. I noticed the middle aisles pricing is higher for most items I examined. If I bought from these areas, I'd shop sales and stock up those pantry items. No coin needed for the cart.Going to do weekly shopping here.”

“This place is ok, staff is actually pretty decent for a 7/11, very helpful. But they have a hard time keeping the Ginger flavoured Kevita Kombucha in stock, which is my main priority for visiting a 7/11. Luckily, they have the pineapple one, which is not as good, but it will pass.”

“Every time I ordered two packages of cigarettes they always come out of a new card and for some reason I guess I smoke a popular brand. But always great service and good gas prices”

“The extra displays everywhere entering the store and into produce have me shedding a tear for the waste.I frequent coop often and truly want them to do better but the produce is just so over exposed and it shows a lack of caring with how dirty the displays are in produce. The displays that house their berries, peppers and other fruits blow air over and through the products drying them out…Rows of shrivelled berries and soft wrinkled peppers. Where does this produce all go?The front entrance should be a clean and cozy waiting area for the older shoppers, not a mess of displays. If life is truly in store the fresh produce should still have lots of life in it, especially with the high retails. It’s done pretty good, but there’s so much room for improvement. The chuck beef here is awesome ?Tomatoes from paradise hill an anchor item ?Shopping bags great for compost ♻️They have crème fraiche ?Quick and easy shop, never wait in lines ⏰?I will update this post as I witness coops evolution”
