This Gap location is a factory outlet store with helpful and nice staff. The store is clean and organized most of the time. Customers find great deals and excellent quality, especially for children's clothes. However, corporate needs better signage that it is an outlet. A key point is that online orders cannot be returned to this store; they must be returned to specific other locations or via mail. Staff are known to assist with the return process by helping print slips and direct customers to nearby postal services.

I went in to return an item I got online and it turns out you can only return these items to Chinook or downtown! Anyway - I was in a bit of a rush but three of their very helpful staff members helped me to print off the return slip and package it up and directed me to the Canada post just down the stairs.
