I went in to return an item I got online and it turns out you can only return these items to Chinook or downtown! Anyway - I was in a bit of a rush but three of their very helpful staff members helped me to print off the return slip and package it up and directed me to the Canada post just down the stairs. Staff helpful but corporate needs a better job of signage that this is a factory outlet. You won't be able to return online orders
