Great to work. We purchased a rack for our Subaru Forester. Had a few questions with the DIY install which they quickly resolved at their North side store. No pressure shopping with solid advice on my needs.

The staff here are excellent, they are very personable and know their stuff. I was having difficulties finding the right rack and Kayak carriers for my vehicle since it is a little older. They were able to find me every thing I needed and installed it for me right there. They did an excellent job and where very fast.

Purchased a Thule roof box after our old one was damaged.
I called to confirm it was in stock.
Arrived, Paid and they had it installed in less than 5 minutes.
Big thank you to the staff that helped me with this seamless experience!
