“Came in for new tires and alignment. The tires I wanted weren't in store but got them ordered quickly to arrive the same day. Unfortunately, the delivery truck came too late. They were apologetic and scheduled me in for the next day.
When I came back in the next day, I was told their alignment rack was not working. I had gotten tires with their buy 2 get 2 free deal with the payment of installation, certificate, and alignment. They honored the deal and removed the alignment cost and recommended another shop with a working alignment rack.
The total wait time to put on the new tires once I handed over the keys was 1 hr 45 min. Bonus -- they had a kids table with coloring pages and crayons with a shelf of toys for my girls to use and play with. Overall, very pleased with how everything went and with the new tires there was a noticeable difference while driving.”
“My experience today was incredible. I called and the manager Shelley answered the phone and I asked her if they had a way of testing my battery cells to see if they were dead and she said sure they do come on in. So I went and sure enoughafter I got my car jumped. The battery was totally dead. Turns out it was a battery which was the original of 2021 when the car was manufactured. I guess the battery did have a good life but now it is put the rest.

“I purchased 4 new tires from Walmart and after they were installed, I noticed that the date code indicated they were 7 weeks shy of 2 years old. That means that the tire life is already about 30% used up before I put the first mile on them. I've gotten tires that are 3 or 4 months old at install but have never purchased new tires that are 19.4 months old and being sold as new. Very disappointed.
I'm editing this post since Walmart contacted me and offered to replace the tires I got or accepted a significant discount. Since I liked the tires, I received a discount that I thought was a fair trade for the tires I received. Thanks Walmart.”
