The employee who answered the phone, no only retrieved it from the bin for me and put it aside, she helped make sure we packaged and labeled all the packages correctly. I am very grateful for how friendly and professional she was on a day I was juggling many different things.”

“I love this store! I went in to the UPS store because I needed to pick up some packing supplies and I was already stressed from standing in line forever to get a document notarized at my bank. I walked in and I was greeted by Makenzie and Suzie. Makenzie helped me with a smile on her face which is refreshing. Susie Informs me that you all notarize! “Bria is absolutely AMAZING!! I came in to get a notary seal done, and the dmv did not inform me that I needed to sign the request form in front of somebody. I explained to Bria that the lady at the dmv printed the request form for me and I that I was lost on what to do. Bria took the time to go on google find the correct website and printed a new request form for me. Bria notarized the request form and sent me on my way. It’s not too often you find someone that I’ll go the extra mile for you especially nowadays! This will be my new spot and I will recommend this place for everyone to go to. Thank you, Bria!”

The one negative commenter needs to understand, there is often a separate pickup and delivery truck and they sometimes make more than a single trip. The delivery truck rarely has room when loaded up. (I drove for FedEx years ago) The ladies at NRB cannot guarantee a box will get on a truck if it's past pickup time, even if it's before they last delivery time. Go easy on them, they can't control that. As far as the "vulgarity" of the owner, you must have really acted like a baby to flip her switch. She doesn't have to put up with your disrespect, and I've been in there when she had to deal with some real idiots; she always has kept her cool.”
