“Kelsey and Mary at this PostNet are THE BEST! They turned what was an absolute nightmare return into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I showed up with multiple return labels, confusing instructions, and no clear idea of how everything was supposed to be packaged or shipped.
After I left the store, I finally received additional return instructions that completely changed what needed to be done. Instead of making me drive all the way back, Mary and Kelsey took the time to rework my packages and match everything with the correct labels. They went far beyond what I expected, saving me a huge amount of time and stress.
Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about making sure a customer is taken care of, and they did exactly that. If you're looking for outstanding service, this is the PostNet to visit. Mary and Kelsey are absolute gems, and I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend! I will be back and you should use them too!”
“Kenneth and Luanne built a box by telescoping two together so i could transport the family Bassinet that has been around for amongst 100 years. Countless babies have been comforted in this bassinet for generations! I'm transporting it to California for my best friend to properly store it. The box they created is perfect. They were so sweet and kind to take on this task in their busy day. They did it with smiles and genuine concern that it was packaged safely and properly. Thank you so much Kenneth and Luanne!”

“We were able to do two things while visiting FedEx. First we dropped off a friend who was staying at the JW Marriott. Second, a FedEx store is located in the hotel and we had a medical device to return. The staff were super nice and efficient. She instantly recognized the sending address. She prepared additional paperwork for the package. I asked for a receipt which she was happy to give me. Very professional staff. Shared outdoor parking and WiFi.”

Many of the negative reviews seem to come from walk-in customers who mistake this location for an Amazon facility or the Post Office. It is neither. It is a UPS Store, and the staff does an excellent job providing the services they offer.”
“Went in to return a package and usually it’s a tough process when I go to return at kohls or Amazon drop off but decided to try this place and couldn’t be more pleased with my interaction with Nasin.
