“Great customer service by Joselyn very knowledgeable and welcoming.. Asst manager Sam was helpful and friendly too . Manager Elle was kind and pleasant Our ac went out and she made sure we accommodated with a temporary a/c while maintenance worked on it . the apartment complex is very clean quiet and everyone is friendly : ,pool is also nice and clean! Love it ! we moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath .. it’s very spacious even if it’s the older version its nice ! ? pet friendly!”

“We signed a purchase agreement end of June with Brenna. We weren’t expecting to sign one this day since we know it’s a sellers market. We were able to get a new build in the 4th building 2 bed room with a loft and picked out our unit! A couple months later we meet at the design center in Scottsdale and Allison was super helpful! Any questions or concerns you have about the units and building. They work with you! Tony and I can’t wait to move in hopefully summer of 2021! Will recommend the cays we love the resort style living.”

“My experience at Hohokam villas has been nothing short of amazing. I moved in Aug 2021 and I will be moving out Dec 2023. This is my 5th apartment, and the management and maintenance staff here are hands down THE best team I’ve ever dealt with. I appreciate each and every staff member for making my experience beyond my expectations. Special shout out to Jazz, Charlotte and Ms. Ann they are the heartbeat of this community and were always available when I needed any assistance.Besides a small issue with my AC that was addressed right away, I never had any issues while living here. The apartments are very spacious and have lots of storage. I have never heard any noise from neighbors. No issues with crime and I always felt safe in the community. There is a really nice park just a few blocks away, great for kids and pets. No issues with bugs or rodents. The grounds are always kept up and maintained. Like any other apartment complex we did get yearly rent increases but they were reasonable and no where near as high as other apartment communities. Had I not purchased a house, I probably would have stayed here forever!! Highly recommend!!!”
“I toured this property on Friday and it was SO pretty. It felt so homey, and I absolutely loved the yoga room by the pool. There is grass all throughout the property which was a huge plus. Definitely would recommend checking this place out!”

I am truly shocked at the lack of follow-through！！
I was assured multiple times that my package would be placed in my room, as I was out of town on a business trip and needed assistance. Despite sending at least ten messages and receiving confirmation that they would help, there was no follow-up. I’m shocked at such poor service quality, especially considering the monthly fees we pay without knowing their real value. While the living environment is generally good, this type of unresponsive service has been a terrible experience. My package is still missing, and this issue needs attention.”

“I’ve been here since the end of April and I’m not sure why the reviews are so low because it’s a pretty relaxed and safe place to be. The front office is nice, my neighbors in my building are nice, and the amenities are nice. I would say I just wish the upkeep in the hallways to the apartments was a little better and I wish the amenities were open 24/7 considering I am a night owl and would use them more if that was available + more bang for our buck. I feel like everyone here is pretty respectful so I don’t see why not. I am in one of the smallest one bedrooms and I didn’t know what to expect long term but it’s actually really nice. I just think it’s kind of funny how they decided to cut off the living room wall by putting a door in the middle though? Kind of frustrating to work with but figuring it out. The patio is a good size too. I also like that the mail and package area is shaded. The area itself is a good choice. I have friends who pay around the same that I do for much older apartments so yeah I’m pretty happy with this set up.”
