“I Recently stopped in for an unscheduled tour and was immediately greeted by the office staff. Michelle took me on a tour of the two bedroom model apartment, it was nicely decorated and even had a washer dryer! The community is surround by lush trees and a beautiful lake! I am very impressed by the property, apartment and staff, I can definitely see myself coming home to Summit Lake.”
“We have lived here for over 8 years now, and although we are now on the second owner and at least the fourth or fifth management company, after an initial learning curve, each of them have performed quite well.
We like the atmosphere here, and it is really quiet nearly all of the time,
Both management and maintenance are very responsive to any issue that might need addressed, also.
We also believe that the value of living here is quite competitive when you consider square footage vs price.
NOTE: UPDATE; The maintenance staff, headed up by Gerber, is absolutely amazing. Couldn't ask for better people or better service. In our 16th year at this complex now - still a great place to live - no complaints at all.”
“I would especially like to recognize Anthony from the maintenance team. He has been wonderful to work with and is always prompt in answering our questions and addressing any concerns. He works hard to keep the property and surrounding areas clean and well maintained, and he is always very informative and knowledgeable whenever we have questions. We truly appreciate his hard work, professionalism, and willingness to help. Anthony is a great asset to the community!”

“Been a resident for almost 3 years. Haven't had any major issues. Had a small issue recently and Tonya explained the matter to me and I was able to understand it better. Sometimes things change and as a resident you just have to talk to management to understand.”
“I should have checked which internet providers were available BEFORE moving in. You can only get home internet through Cox. Will not go down that road again.. feel free to see my review for them. I’m not sure if Bella Grace will be adding fiber capabilities soon, my fingers will remain crossed. I can say I’ve had no negative incidents and YES!, the girls in the office are beyond amazing. I work night owl hours and often will be hard to get a hold of; but they remain empathetic and always helpful! UPDATE: Verizon home internet is now available!!! Yay!!!”

“I absolutely love living at my apartment complex! The amenities are amazing, and the scenery around the community is beautiful and peaceful. The neighbors are very welcoming, and the overall atmosphere here is great. The staff is also wonderful and always makes you feel comfortable and valued. Everyone in the leasing office is amazing and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Donisha. She always answers any questions with a smile on her face and is more than happy to help with anything she can. It truly makes living here an even better experience!”

“Great customer service by Joselyn very knowledgeable and welcoming.. Asst manager Sam was helpful and friendly too . Manager Elle was kind and pleasant Our ac went out and she made sure we accommodated with a temporary a/c while maintenance worked on it . the apartment complex is very clean quiet and everyone is friendly : ,pool is also nice and clean! Love it ! we moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath .. it’s very spacious even if it’s the older version its nice ! ? pet friendly!”

“I went on a tour and felt welcomed from the start with the leasing agent Jeannette, and the management team Autumn and Austin were very informative and willingness to help. I was able to meet the maintenance team who were in the office and very friendly. The property was clean, the vacant apartments I saw were newly renovated to Diamond and updated to Platinum style both offering stainless steel and hardwood floors. For the property being 29 years old it looked newer. Floorplans were spacious and pricing affordable. And that application process was easy! Definitely recommended especially for the location next to all major freeways and plethora of shopping all in 15 minute commute.”

“We signed a purchase agreement end of June with Brenna. We weren’t expecting to sign one this day since we know it’s a sellers market. We were able to get a new build in the 4th building 2 bed room with a loft and picked out our unit! A couple months later we meet at the design center in Scottsdale and Allison was super helpful! Any questions or concerns you have about the units and building. They work with you! Tony and I can’t wait to move in hopefully summer of 2021! Will recommend the cays we love the resort style living.”
“Club Cancun hosted some of the folks in my wedding party in their guest suite! Sam handled the reservation and was super meticulous in helping make sure our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay. They had a great check-in, loved lounging by the pool, and got to experience the quality that Mark-Taylor has to offer. Thank you team!”
“I toured this property on Friday and it was SO pretty. It felt so homey, and I absolutely loved the yoga room by the pool. There is grass all throughout the property which was a huge plus. Definitely would recommend checking this place out!”

“The management and maintenance has been nothing but spectacular. Management, especially Ashton, is always very responsive and kind with all requests. The maintenance team, especially Trent, has repeatedly offered amazing and quick service within the day with professionalism and friendliness(especially with my dog being around). There will always be small maintenance things needed in an apartment and I know I can always depend on the support of the complex, no matter what time of day it is. Highly recommend finding a home here:)”
“I have been living here for the past 5 months and i absolutely love it, not just because of the fact that it’s a nice area to live, or the fact that i love the way our apartment looks, but because of the staff and especially the maintenance team! my apartment had a leak around 10 pm so we called the on call maintenance team and were sent Robert, he’s not only a sweetheart but he’s also super efficient and made sure to clean up any mess that was made during our fix, he arrived 15 minutes after our call and wasn’t here for more than 40 minutes! thank you Robert! (also shout out rigo because he rocks too)”
“Very spacious, good area, lots of stuff around, nice common areas, nice and quiet at night. Great office ladies! There is no 'perfect place', there can be issues or things to get accustomed to anywhere you move. We are very happy with the friendly office staff, move in and overall living experience! Would recommend.”
“I have lived here almost 6 months and I am so happy. The apt has tons of space and storage galore, washer/dryer, walk in closet, very nice grounds . The staff is so nice and helpful and the maintenance men have all done a great job fixing things and are super nice and respectful!!! Would definitely recommend this place to other people!!”
“I’m a new resident and just recently moved in. So far, my experience has been very positive. The community is quiet and pleasant. I had an issue with the A/C, but the management team responded immediately and resolved it very quickly.
Since I moved in, the management staff has been very responsive, friendly, and attentive. They have answered all my questions and helped me with any concerns I’ve had.
So far, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend living here. ✨”
