A lot of renting “happiness” resides in the team of professionals who take care of “issues”that as renters we expect their help. Not being home owners this is the luxury of renting.
The team here is fast, honest and friendly. Yessi & Jolene in the office are quick to help and nice people to work with. Our maintenance manager Francisco is professional and knows what he is doing. Always finding a solution.
We are content & safe here with this team behind us.”

“I just finished a one-year lease at Summit Lake while I searched for my own home. Wow, was it difficult to say good-bye! Walking around the lake at sunset, reading beneath the Ficus tree in the pool area, and watching the various bird species are just some of my favorite memories. And the cleanliness - incredible. Whether it be the fitness center, the sidewalks or the lawn furniture, they were always immaculately maintained. In addition, the staff was consistently friendly and personable. It honestly felt like being at a posh resort, and I feel so lucky to have spent a chapter of my journey there.”

“Great customer service by Joselyn very knowledgeable and welcoming.. Asst manager Sam was helpful and friendly too . Manager Elle was kind and pleasant Our ac went out and she made sure we accommodated with a temporary a/c while maintenance worked on it . the apartment complex is very clean quiet and everyone is friendly : ,pool is also nice and clean! Love it ! we moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath .. it’s very spacious even if it’s the older version its nice ! ? pet friendly!”

“We signed a purchase agreement end of June with Brenna. We weren’t expecting to sign one this day since we know it’s a sellers market. We were able to get a new build in the 4th building 2 bed room with a loft and picked out our unit! A couple months later we meet at the design center in Scottsdale and Allison was super helpful! Any questions or concerns you have about the units and building. They work with you! Tony and I can’t wait to move in hopefully summer of 2021! Will recommend the cays we love the resort style living.”

“I toured this property on Friday and it was SO pretty. It felt so homey, and I absolutely loved the yoga room by the pool. There is grass all throughout the property which was a huge plus. Definitely would recommend checking this place out!”

“Community well kept. Pretty quiet for a dog friendly community. Manager Amanda goes out her way to resolve issues and shows an obvious caring attitude. Did I mention we've been calling Camden home for almost 8 years? I think that sums it up.”
“Very spacious, good area, lots of stuff around, nice common areas, nice and quiet at night. Great office ladies! There is no 'perfect place', there can be issues or things to get accustomed to anywhere you move. We are very happy with the friendly office staff, move in and overall living experience! Would recommend.”
“I have lived here almost 6 months and I am so happy. The apt has tons of space and storage galore, washer/dryer, walk in closet, very nice grounds . The staff is so nice and helpful and the maintenance men have all done a great job fixing things and are super nice and respectful!!! Would definitely recommend this place to other people!!”
“I’ve been here since the end of April and I’m not sure why the reviews are so low because it’s a pretty relaxed and safe place to be. The front office is nice, my neighbors in my building are nice, and the amenities are nice. I would say I just wish the upkeep in the hallways to the apartments was a little better and I wish the amenities were open 24/7 considering I am a night owl and would use them more if that was available + more bang for our buck. I feel like everyone here is pretty respectful so I don’t see why not. I am in one of the smallest one bedrooms and I didn’t know what to expect long term but it’s actually really nice. I just think it’s kind of funny how they decided to cut off the living room wall by putting a door in the middle though? Kind of frustrating to work with but figuring it out. The patio is a good size too. I also like that the mail and package area is shaded. The area itself is a good choice. I have friends who pay around the same that I do for much older apartments so yeah I’m pretty happy with this set up.”
