“arguably the best experience ive had at a store. we have an old dell laptop that was missing its power adapter, and not only did the man working there not sell us into the 50$ power supply for it, not only did he show us a used 65w power adapter which would have charged slower, but he got us a 90w adapter for 10$ and it would have been the same price as the 65w power adapter. needless to be said, we'll come back when we need to solve another one of our problems whether it's hardware or software!”
“My older computer was hacked. I took it to Data Doctors and they totally rebuilt my old one and it runs like new. They got rid of all the junk and installed a security system that is much better than my old one. In addition I enrolled in their support systems so my system gets a check up every 3 months. The guys are super friendly and are very understanding when a "senior" user calls and asks them questions. Hands down the best computer repair store in Chandler, Arizona.”

“It was wonderful! Last year, we bought our daughter an iPhone for Christmas at this store, and today we bought her an iPad for her birthday. They have a huge selection of different iPad models and cases. But what impressed us most was the staff. Consultant Derek explained each model in great detail, compared them, and honestly highlighted the advantages of each. He wasn't pushy, but he was friendly yet competent! He then helped us apply for a loan to buy an iPad Pro, and now we're very happy with our purchase! Derek and his colleague were very polite and competent! We'll definitely be back, and we'll definitely be back to this store! Derek - you were great!”
“I had the best experience at the Apple Store when my phone suddenly stopped turning on. The manager, Mike, quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything moving right away. From there, Blake took care of me, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him.
Losing access to your phone is incredibly stressful, but Blake was knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel easy and manageable.
Excellent customer service is hard to come by, and Blake absolutely exceeded my expectations. If I ever have another issue with my phone, or when it’s time for an upgrade I will 100% be returning to this store and specifically requesting Blake. He turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and that’s something worth recognizing.”
