“Staff are ALWAYS professional and polite. I recently had a problem with a smoker which I purchased from this store. Store manager, Brad Berendt was very helpful. He made suggestions and even though smoker was out of warranty, Mr. Berendt located a part which I needed for the repair in the back room.... No charge! Afterwards, he communicated with me on the phone to make sure my smoker was fixed. I have referred several friends and family to this store because of their superlative customer service!A sincere thank you to Mr. Berendt, you are a true leader and professional asset to BBQ Island!”

“J-WoW Fact: I once worked at the homedepot.com call center for two days before quitting. Call center life wasn't for me but I do enjoy the company!As a homeowner, things need maintenance so having a Home Depot nearby is a must. Like all Home Depots, this one has the same layout. There's nothing really special but I do think the staff here are friendly and helpful. They're always super knowledgeable too.Home repair and maintenance is never fun but at least the big orange box can assist you in whatever needs to be done.”
