He was quick to respond to my texts and did his best to get us on the schedule quickly, even though he works a different full-time job.Original review 2023: Bernie came and installed a dog door that I purchased into our metal door. He did a beautiful job and was done within an hour. His price was fair in comparison to other companies I called, and he was able to work me into his schedule within a week.

4220 S Arizona Ave, ChandlerI bought some mealworms from this location not knowing that you needed to check the cup to make sure the worms were alive and well. When I realized a lot of them were dead I called and asked if they could do an even exchange. I got so much more than I could have hoped for. Not only did they immediately accept and apologize for the dead worms, they brought me an entire 500 ct container of worms from the back for me to take home. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There's a dog wash that I see a lot of people use (I only have cats) and it seems to work very well for them! Friendly, helpful staff and they often have lots of fun seasonal toys/items. They will also special order and price match which is a huge help! I come here often and it's always a pleasure!

2915 S Alma School Rd Ste 3, ChandlerWell Groomed Pets gets two thumbs up from me! We have yet to find a decent groomer for our small poodle mix and have searched high and low all over the valley. WGP popped up on Google and after seeing the reviews we called them. They were friendly and able to get our dog in within a week! Our dog felt super comfortable here and you can tell they keep the place up well. It’s very clean and modern inside. He looks amazing as well, the perfect amount of hair cut off. The only negative was that they charge almost $10 for using scent-free shampoo— IMO, that shouldn’t be an up-charge. Regardless, we will be taking him back soon!

270 W Chandler Heights Rd UNIT 3, ChandlerBack in July my kitty got scheduled for a euth appointment with this vet after an FIP diagnosis with pretty extreme effusion. I picked this vet particularly after speaking to a vet tech named Marci on the phone who was so empathetic to my situation and understanding. In the hours leading up to this appointment, I found out that a month earlier an FIP oral medication was legalized in the U.S and called asking if they would be willing to work on a treatment plan instead of putting her down. Not only did they spend hours with me that day running tests and finding out dosages for this new to market med, but also reaching out to surrounding vets gathering info on the best approach for treatment of this complex issue, all while being so kind and gentle with me and my partner on one of our worst days. Now three months later, my kitty just got cleared to come off FIP treatment, and is doing great. If it weren’t for this blessing in the form of a vet hospital I would’ve lost my 6 year old kitty far too soon. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO DR. RUSSEK, AND THE INTIAL VET TECH ON THAT FATEFUL DAY, MARCI. And a huge shout out to this whole team for supporting me and Piper through this process, you guys are angels. Forever grateful! Best vet ever.

Trilogy has given years back to my senior dog! They have the best Dr.'s and nurses and my dogs are always given the BEST care. I really love receiving the reminder messages of what my dogs are due for next, so I can stay on top of their care. The ability to get a same day appointment is nothing I have ever experienced with any other vet. I feel like they really care!

7 W Knox Rd, ChandlerGreat experience for our dog Kimi. I couldn't get into my typical vet due to bad timing, a recent acquirement, and trend in their service. I was referred to Arizona Avenue and loved the experience.
Staff was polite and handled everything perfectly. Love the phone app and ability to communicate over the phone. We were able to get Kimi the meds she needs and ran a few tests while we were there.
I felt that they were very mindful of our furry friend and for us as owners. They made sure we could get the best care for Kimi while not wasting anyone's time.
I will be switching primary vets and will come to Arizona Avenue from now on.

Copper Mountain Animal Hospital
2980 S Alma School Rd Suite 1, ChandlerI can speak from my own experience. It's impossible to find a good Vet with a good caring staff especially if you're from out of state. Found Copper Mt. and had an appointment and set another for teeth cleaning. While waiting for the date to come up we noticed our cat was having trouble breathing. I called and they got him in right away. I told Dr. Olson what we seen and he checked him over, took x-rays and explained what had happened. Our cat has always been healthy so this was something out of the blue. So we got meds and made him comfortable. Dr. Olson called me to see how he was doing. I updated Dr. Olson, and our family and they came down to say good byes and spend time with him. By Monday we knew. I called to up date Dr. Olson they said bring him in. He was 16 and a half and had lived it all. They gave us all the time to say good bye. They were very sensitive in helping us through this. They had fallen in love with him in the short time. Every thing was handled with care and kindness. It has been a month, had to wait to be ale to write this. Thank you Dr. Olson and your staff. DAve has a senior border collie named Savannah and my Lucy is a border collie not even two years old and they look forward to seeing each other every day that Lucy‘s at daycare. 24/7 not only has amazing Day Care, which the dogs get their exercise. Lucy loves the open roaming. They’re open 24/7 so if your work schedule varies much like mine it is a great place to bring them. Lucy has been going there ever since she was four months old. I feel confident when I board her for my vacations and work trips. They have parties for the dogs and Lucy loved this year‘s Halloween because she bobbed for apples, was in a costume contest, and got a doggy treat bag at the end of the night from the party. Wonderful Halloween night for her and so safe. I highly highly recommend Chandler 24 seven. All of the workers there are wonderful.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made both Barkley and me feel right at home. They took the time to get to know his personality, preferences, and any special needs he might have. The facilities were clean, spacious, and designed with the dogs' comfort and happiness in mind.
But the absolute best part? The live cameras! While I was away, I could log in at any time to watch Barkley playing with his new furry friends. It was such a relief and joy to see him wagging his tail, running around, and clearly having a blast. The variety of steaks and sides really helps to indulge in a full-size meal at what I think is a really great value. Still can't figure it out, but I'm a big fan of the salad. Maybe that's something to do with the ranch dressing being on the bottom, but man, the ice-cold bowl/plate with greens, cucumbers & cheese just makes a perfect combination. My steak was actually cooked spot on, medium! My vegetables came out as expected, with some butter and lemon for me to jazz them up. I sat in the bar area, and my server was extremely attentive throughout the experience, and I appreciated it all along with some recommendations.

It is consistent and predictable.
It's a diner so it's essentially short order food. It is always good. Eggs are always cooked perfectly. Hash browns are perfect. Biscuits are delicious. It's at the same level as like IHOP but much much better. It seems like the waitresses are always very experienced. Old-time waitresses very pleasant.
Hate to keep dumping on IHOP but their servers there are kids that just don't want to be there. You'll feel welcomed at Chase's. I will add that the food comes very fast. You don't have to wait very long.

You can order charcuterie boards but they also have a full menu of sandwiches, salads etc. I came in with a group and there was plenty of seating. The ambiance is very cute as well. We all got the lunch special which is a half sandwich with either salad or soup for $13.50. I got the blue cow grilled cheese and tomato soup. What a delicious sandwich! It had roast beef, a jam, pepper relish, havarti and blue cheese. It was really tasty and just the right amount of blue cheese to be tasty and not overwhelming. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal though I will say the person who got the brie, fig jam and prosciutto one was especially happy!

130 S Arizona Ave #1, ChandlerTook a while, but I got in. The bartender got to me really quick. Was sad I couldnt get the demon slayer spoon individually, but assured me the ramen would be epic. Was very welcoming, even asked if I had any food allergies. NO ONE EVER DOES THIS! As a former chef I was really impressed with their customer service. Im new to the area and I love ramen. So having a place thats not only great in ramen quality, but ALSO service is important. If the rest of the staff is as good as them. I may have found my local ramen joint.

AAWL Adoption Center
3111 W Chandler Blvd, ChandlerCame up from Casa Grande and was able to adopt a beautiful Siamese kitten named Magnolia. The entire adoption process was great! It took about 30 minutes from start to finish. This lil kitten is so very sweet, and snuggly, and it was an instant connection the moment I held her. Thank you so much to the workers at this location, you ladies were so friendly and informative!!! The entire adoption process was fast, easy, and professional.

Saving One Life
3939 S Arizona Ave, ChandlerThis rescue group and volunteers are truly dedicated to saving the lives of the animals lucky enough to be in their care. Thanks to Jeanne and Connie, I adopted a beautiful cat named Willow. We have very quickly bonded and realized how much we needed each other. I had such a wonderful experience and will always be grateful. ??

Shawnee Dog Park
1400 W Mesquite St, ChandlerThis park is nice but some of the people who live in close proximity seem to think they own the place and will act very elitist. Which is pretty laughable honestly as it’s a bunch of sad middle aged Karen’s and Ken’s. If you want a private dog park, you need to live in a private neighborhood. Everyone’s tax dollars pay for this park and the fact that I live a mile away doesn’t mean I can’t come here. Get over yourselves.
