When I called Preppy Pet, Dante the owner said bring him on over to so he could do a test run to see how he would assimilate with the other dogs in play. No previous boarding places had ever suggested this. Gunnar loved Dante right away and he did great on his first stay. I came in for the first time to get updated vaccines for my mom's dog. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! It was very apparent that the staff very much care about what they do. They offered excellent advice for a recent issue he's had as well.
I appreciate that they have a large outdoor waiting area as well, and will text you when you are next in line.

A real person answered the phone, they were knowledgeable and got me in the next day. I had mats removed from my cat and they managed it all in a single visit workout sedation. They were prompt and professional, warm and friendly. Extra points for the house cat. I recommend for cat people (don’t have a dog so can’t speak to that) and will definitely be back. Reasonably priced was the icing on the cake.

Once we approach within half a mile Max whines and cries elated he gets to go play with friends of his own kind. Again! The staff are friendly and helpful; one of the few Daycare/Boarding facilities Max is comfortable with. In my book that's a win! We have utilized their Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming services all to our satisfaction and within easy driving distance. We have also taken Max for Boarding at the Chandler location a few years ago as well. However, due to proximity, we continue to use this Tempe area more. Thank you Mak Pack!

24 Harriet Street, OxfordWe had such a great experience with Kate at Dogs Eye View! As brand-new puppy parents, we wanted to make sure we were starting off on the right foot with our White Swiss Shepherd, Reggie, and the private lessons helped us tremendously.
Kate didn’t just teach Reggie. They helped teach us how to communicate with him, understand what he needed from us, and feel much more confident in what we were doing. That was probably one of the most valuable parts of the entire experience.
I also really appreciate that the relationship doesn’t simply end when the private lessons are over. Dogs Eye View offers continued opportunities like monthly Patio Manners sessions and trail walks, so Reggie can keep practicing his skills, socializing, and learning in real-world environments.
It’s also wonderful knowing that this can be a relationship that continues throughout Reggie’s life. We hope to eventually use Dogs Eye View for boarding when we travel, which gives us a lot of comfort knowing he can be with people he already knows and trusts.
Kate and Corey have been knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping both Reggie and us succeed. For anyone bringing home a new puppy, especially first-time puppy parents who want guidance beyond the basics, I would absolutely recommend Dogs Eye View.
We’re very grateful they’re part of Reggie’s village!

Since this was our first time using a pet boarding service in the USA, we were extremely worried and spent a lot of time searching for the perfect place. Traveling to the other side of the world and dealing with the huge time difference only added to our concerns about whether Dora would be safe, comfortable, and happy.
From the moment we met Marcene at Grandma's Dog House, we felt reassured. Marcene is truly a gem with the biggest heart and an incredible love for animals. She took such wonderful care of our baby girl and treated her like family. Dora has never been away from us for such a long period, but Marcene made her feel completely at home. Knowing that Dora was loved, cared for, and looked after so attentively gave us immense peace of mind throughout our trip.
It was clear that Marcene genuinely cared about Dora's happiness and well-being every single day. When we returned, we found a happy and healthy Dora, which meant the world to us.

Arizona Small Dog Rescue
932 E Guadalupe Rd, TempeOur new dog Dottie ade it thru her first week with us. She ran away the first night but helpful neighbors rescued her and returned her to Arizona Small Dog Rescue ant they gave her back the next day.
Dottie is very affectionate but a little afraid to go out side much. I’m sure she just needs time.
