Busy tire dept and Matt does a great job handling everything since they are short staffed. Some wait but worth it in the long run.

“Today I stopped in to get an air check/ possible flat repair for a friend's vehicle. We traveled cross-country to get some medical treatment for her son and it has been a super expensive trip for her (her husband passed away last year) . The front tires had considerable wear and needed to be replaced. I absolutely dreaded having to call and tell her this.

“Eric was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured to have additional work done. They also provided me with photos of my shocks, fluids, etc so I would be able to see what they were talking about and assess for myself if it really needed to be done.
Some of the markups are absurd - a $13 cabin filter part was $50 plus labor. So if you know how to do that yourself, do it.”
“I have a 2005 Infiniti FX-35 and never had the AC serviced. The AC started to blow warm air and only after turning the AC on and off for like 3 minutes would it start to blow cold air. We live not far from Balo's and took it in this week. Jorge was our technician and he diagnosed it as a bad compressor. Their price was really good to replace it so told him to order the part. After a couple days getting the compressor Jorge installed it and it now blows COLD air out of the AC from the start and is colder than EVER. If you have AC issue these guys are great and have great prices. Thank you, Jorge!”

“Went to a couple shops to get a challenger aligned since I replaced rear toe arms, with adjustable ones, but nobody wanted to deal with those ones, I called a couple shops nearby and I believe Andrew answered the phone and told me to come through they have someone with plenty years of experience, I got there and they were not able to align it due to the specs and machine they got. I called a couple other shops and they kept telling me the same thing so I just went ahead and bought the stock ones and went back to them because of their customer service..”
