“The other reviewers were right!Screw in tire, so head to discount tire and 2.5 hours later told it can't be repaired. They must have really been messing with it because it went from a slow leak (weeks between air refills) to it hissing and losing air fast. Got an eBay used tire I found (Subaru AWD tires have to have similar wear) and was told by Big O they wouldn't mount it. Then later told maybe, and like 40 bucks. Saw the reviews, called up Robert's and they said they would mount for free!I called today to double check and was told FREE again. So headed there. Clean front office and waiting area. Friendly staff. Keith the manager came out, showed me how they COULD have fixed the old tire, before discount messed it up, and then he personally mounted the tire. For FREE!In 2023, to get this level of customer service, and taken care of like that= our new tire and mechanic shop in Gilbert!Thanks Keith!”

“Martin's tire shop is hands down the best place to get your tires. I've been to 2 different used tire shops in the same area they both didn't balance my tires. Martin's on the other hand I had gone to purchase a 2 used tires I had gotten a pretty decent tire with balance done for both. I left the shop jumped on freeway on way to Phoenix When all of the sudden my steering wheel starts shaking and my speed is decreasing I automatically knew it had to be a blown tire I pull over and sure enough it was one of the tires I purchased. I call Martin's tire shop. And Martin the owner answers I tell him what just happened and he asked if I had a spare and if I could head back to the shop. Keep in mind they were already closed. He said he would replace it no problem. I show up and the mechanic is there waiting with a brand new tire he installs it checks to make sure he tightened the valve on right this time since that's why the last tire went bad on the freeway. But in all my experience was the best one out of 2 other used tire shops. So I would highly recommend Martin's Tire Shop!!”
