“I needed tires a few years ago and stumbled upon Big Brand when researching deals in my area. I was happy with the service, so went back for an oil change. Once again, they exceeded my expectations, so I started using them for all my car maintenance. I have never trusted a mechanic shop more than I trust Big Brand. I recently moved across town to N PHX and didn't want to drive over an hour to Mesa to get my brakes swapped out. So, against my beter judgement, I took my vehicle somewhere close to home. Big mistake. It turned into a nightmare. I learned my lesson and will forever make the drive to this specific Big Brand because they are HONEST and the mechanics here are extremely knowledgable! Everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm always taken care of. For context, I am a single woman who knows nothing about cars. Never once has anyone at this location talked to me like I'm an idiot nor have they ever acted condescending in any way. So ladies, bring your vehicles here! They are seriously the best!”

I called around to lots of other tire shops in the valley and tires 2 go had the best prices by far. Only took them 45 minutes to put a new set on my car, the staff are so friendly and helpful! “After having all shocks and struts replaced and leaving the parking lot the transmission shaft gear casting shear off. Iconic Goodyear in Mesa, AZ fixed the transmission in three hours, contacted my extended warranty company who paid for the repair less the $100 deductible and the manager paid my deductible for the inconvenience I incurred. How much more can I praise this company.”

He was kind, and accommodating. It's rare to find a business that treats walk in customers with such respect and genuine care.
While waiting, I was offered complimentary cold beverages, including soda and water, along with snacks and fresh coffee. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and inviting, making the time pass quickly. They also have clean public restrooms available, which is another thoughtful touch.
What stood out most was the atmosphere. Tony and his team clearly value their customers and work hard to create a welcoming environment. It's easy to see why this family owned shop has earned such a strong reputation in Mesa. If you're looking for honest service, friendly people, and a business that truly cares about its customers, Performance Automotive and Tire Center is the place to go.
