“The primary reason I stayed at this facility so long was Charles. It’s sad he left. It used to feel like a trusted second home for my things, but now it just feels kind of like a commercial storage building with some employees. I’m sure the new staff is great, but I never got the chance to meet them or get introduced. No point in driving out of the way anymore, I’ll find something closer/cheaper.
Excellent beautiful building though, worked great for a few years, relatively fair pricing and safe surroundings. Easy access and move in / move out policies.

“Amazing customer service. I had a heavy treadmill to return, and Scott at the store came out to my car brought the package in himself. I ended up having to wait 48 hours to return the product due to an Amazon issue, and Scott then picked up the 70lb package and brought it back to my car himself. He didn’t have to do all of that so I was extremely impressed with his customer service. Thank you again Scott!”
