“I live here currently and it’s one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The gates are always open during the day which is dumb BUT—let me tell you… the gym is spectacular with a separate lifting platform. The events they host are incredible with a host named Shaun who is out of this world and they provide snacks and drinks at their events making sure there’s something happening every month for their residents, including paint nights, pool parties, bingo nights, barbecues, you name it—even movie nights at the pool with an inflatable screen.
Even from the moment we met Darrell for a tour, we knew this would be our home and we’d be renewing for at least a couple terms.
For a young professional or couples like myself and my husband, highly recommend.”

“4 years and counting and nothing bad to say. This place has great staff, the best amenities and best maintenance team! They respond typically within 15 to 30 minutes and fix your problem immediately. My AC went out for the first time in 4 years and they quickly brought a nice big temp ac cooler until it could be fixed....which took less than 24 hours and that was only because we had to wait for a part. Everything is included in rent......except SRP, which is amazing! Internet pre-wired through all the walls and wifi set up is fantastic if you work from home. So much more to say but that's all for now!”

“I’m in my second year here at vantage point apartments. And I do have to say this is the first apartment complex that I’ve lived in that I didn’t have complaints. The area is fantastic. You feel safe sitting on your patio at night. You don’t have noise issues. You don’t have trash issues if you do need work done maintenance is on it! Respectfully, quickly and efficiently. Anytime you call the office your Questions are answered. It’s not a big complex so it’s a lot more peaceful. The landscaping is superb. The trees. It makes you forget you’re in a metropolis. I am 100% pleased with Vantage point apartments.”

“We love our apartment. It was clean when we moved in and I love the beautiful countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The customer service is wonderful. Any questions we have are answered in a timely manner. If you have a problem with bugs (we haven’t) they come and spray. They have plenty of amenities and even valet trash pickup. The patios are an acceptable size and there’s a storage closet off the patio which is great to have. If you’re looking for an apartment be sure to look at The Highlands at Spectrum.”
“I had been struggling to find an apt and was denied a few times but Gilbert Greens worked with me and accepted me, they were courteous and professional. I have to the option to pay online through the apartment app or in office which made it easy to pay rent regardless of day or time.Scheduling Maintenance through the app was easy and they take care of the issues promptly. My son and I are happy here and enjoy the amenties the apt offers and feel quite safe here. My son’s school is not even far from here which is perfect for us! You do have the double washer/dryer combo but they also have a laundry room for the bigger loads and blankets, plus pools! Thank you for giving us a home!”
