“4 years and counting and nothing bad to say. This place has great staff, the best amenities and best maintenance team! They respond typically within 15 to 30 minutes and fix your problem immediately. My AC went out for the first time in 4 years and they quickly brought a nice big temp ac cooler until it could be fixed....which took less than 24 hours and that was only because we had to wait for a part. Everything is included in rent......except SRP, which is amazing! Internet pre-wired through all the walls and wifi set up is fantastic if you work from home. So much more to say but that's all for now!”

“I’m in my second year here at vantage point apartments. And I do have to say this is the first apartment complex that I’ve lived in that I didn’t have complaints. The area is fantastic. You feel safe sitting on your patio at night. You don’t have noise issues. You don’t have trash issues if you do need work done maintenance is on it! Respectfully, quickly and efficiently. Anytime you call the office your Questions are answered. It’s not a big complex so it’s a lot more peaceful. The landscaping is superb. The trees. It makes you forget you’re in a metropolis. I am 100% pleased with Vantage point apartments.”

“We love our apartment. It was clean when we moved in and I love the beautiful countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The customer service is wonderful. Any questions we have are answered in a timely manner. If you have a problem with bugs (we haven’t) they come and spray. They have plenty of amenities and even valet trash pickup. The patios are an acceptable size and there’s a storage closet off the patio which is great to have. If you’re looking for an apartment be sure to look at The Highlands at Spectrum.”

“We toured Avana Gilbert yesterday, and it was actually our second time touring with Jonathan, the first time being two years ago. It genuinely made us feel good to see that he was still there, and both experiences were just as positive. He was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the community. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the floor plans clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The community is beautiful and well maintained, and because of how great our experiences have been, we plan on moving here when our current lease is up. We truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful he was and would definitely recommend touring Avana Gilbert.”
