They made everything super easy from the start. Scheduling was simple, they were friendly, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re doing. Not only did they guide me in choosing correct product, but the staff also took the time to instruct me on how to go about using it for best results. AND IT WORKED amazingly!! I had 2 shops say my only choice was to replace windshield. So pleased with the experience and the time they devoted.”

“I came here today after receiving a free car wash coupon in the mail. I've never been to a Cobblestone before, but it was a pretty solid experience. The coupon was for a free detailing, which was a $28.00 value. My car DESPERATELY needed some TLC. The folks here at Cobblestone were great - they didn't try to upsell me too much and did a great job on the inside and outside of my car. I received an air freshener ("new car", if you're curious), and everything from the windows to the wheels were cleaned. Inside, there's a convenience store that has pretty much every snack and drink imaginable, and the prices were surprisingly cheap. The gal at the counter was also super nice. All in all, I spent about 20ish minutes here, from the time I drove up to the time I left and I walked away with a nutterbutter and a few cans of tea for less than $6. If you're in the area, I say give them a try!”

“I would like to thank Mario the G.M. of Cobblestone Car Wash for his response to my situation of being charged for a car wash I never had. He was very professional, polite and never insinuated that I could be wrong or maybe I forgot. He called the corporate offices to have them issue me a refund. I then was contacted by MaryJane from the corporate office and she too was so helpful I was amazed as well. She informed me about my refund and when when this was going to happen. All and all Cobblestone Car wash is a great company to deal with.”

“Brought my car in for repairs after a tire blow out on the freeway broke part of my back bumper, and my insurance through Allstate facilitated the repairs. When I got it back from Kaizen, my car looked great, it ran great, it really looked as good as new with the repair plus the car wash they did at the end. It was ready long before their scheduled due date, I appreciated that quick turn around. I'm so glad to have my car back in great condition, and I would definitely come back, it's a convenient location with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!
The next part I share only for full transparency but has no effect on my rating. There were some miscommunication issues: when I dropped off my car, and with the return of my rental. I was told by the receptionist on the phone that I was scheduled for Friday, so I dropped it off after hours the night before, but on Friday morning I got a call from Kaizen asking when I was going to schedule. I also learned at this time that my car was going in for the full repair, not just an inspection. It was quickly cleared up, so really no harm other than having to get a last minute rental.
The rental is the other miscommunication, however. When I picked up my car on Monday, I was told that Kaizen could contact Enterprise for me to return my rental, so I handed those keys over to the receptionist and was on my way. Wednesday I had a voicemail from Enterprise asking me if I was going to return the car or extend my contract. That caused some extra stress, believing that I was going to be held responsible, but thankfully it was cleared up easily, and I incurred no extra charges.
TL;DR Overcommunicating may be the way to go to avoid confusion, especially if your repair is scheduled through insurance. I believe having that middleman could have been a direct cause for the confusion.”
“Great staff that helped set up my windshield repair and car cleaning, I believe his name was Chris and the trainee Alexis was cool too. The dude at the front was also super chill who lets people through the gate. The only reason it isn’t a 5 star is because the lady inside wouldn’t give me a soda for my voucher but said I could pour coffee over ice lol.”
