“I’m not a car guy. For me, I just want it to get me from one point to another. So when my AC went out, I got anxious about finding a place that was honest / trustworthy.
After just one experience, I realized APA was that kind of place. They thoroughly explained the options for diagnostic costs, gave me an accurate time estimate (which was quick to boot), and were courteous. But the most important part (for me) was that they were willing to be honest about the issue likely being covered by warranty. The willingness to lose work to do the right thing by the customer is important. I’d highly suggest them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic, and I’ll certainly be going back (although hopefully not soon).”
“I turned on my car’s AC and was met with warm air. Not cool! Fortunately, it was late fall and I had some time to get it fixed before the hot summer temperatures rolled back in.Adam worked to price match a lower estimate I got from another service place. He also pointed out a few things from the other estimate that didn’t seem to make sense, like replacing hoses that didn’t need replacing while not replacing the flux capacitor that it did need (or whatever he called it - I’m not an auto expert). Either way, I felt more comfortable going with Adam and his crew.My AC is blowing cold like it should now. I also got a buy 2, get 2 deal on tires and an oil change. “I was very pleased with my experience here. I am not from this area, but I drive on Discount Tires. I came in with two tires, which were losing enough air to trigger the in-dash light.

Because Of his skill and customer Care, he was able to diagnose a Larger problem, there was a cut in my tire that was irreparable. He quickly provided me three different quotes to replace two tires. The order came in quickly, and when I brought it in for installation his customer service went above and beyond my expectations. His Technical knowledge and his customer service are both the best in its class. He made me feel like a VIP. During the installation, he uncovered a very serious hidden problem And was able to take care of that also. because of his expertise, he saved me from a potentially life threatening accident. “Walked with at 645 on a Wednesday night. Fairly busy with most bays filled. I had a flat, the 2 gentleman working jumped into action right away. The tire could not be repaired, expecting to have to "pick it up tomorrow" these young men put new tires on past closing time. Appreciate the customer service. “The Gilbert location exemplifies customer service, employees with product knowledge and management that is involved with their store operations.
I have a 2019 Ford F250 Super Duty for which I was experiencing an issue with the front suspension.
My very first call to this location was answered by Kyle, he was knowledgeable about trucks as well as the mechanics involved and understood what I was experiencing and immediately began trying to troubleshoot the issue and generating a game plan moving forward.
It's refreshing to have someone on the other end of the phone that was knowledgeable on the mechanics of the services they provide.
I had also talked to David, also at the front counter, he was well versed on trucks and products that they offer.
The technician that was taking my truck on a test drive was very nice and knew what he was looking for, which added to my confidence that these guys were going figure out and solve the issue.
The manager Jeff was at the forefront of the troubleshooting......he took his crew of fire pissers, exercised some personal initiative and kicked ass on this project!
They provided timely updates and took my vehicle on 3 separate test drives during the troubleshoot and repair process to ensure the correct diagnosis and verification of the repair.
After the first phone call, I knew that I wanted this shop to perform the work. I drove about 120 miles round trip, and it was well worth it. My truck drives perfectly and the Gilbert AZ Total Offroad has my business for life. Other businesses should take note of the fact that this shop has personnel that know their craft and is willing to work together collectively between employees and figure out an issue that results in satisfying the customer.

“Thank you Evan!!!! I will never forget the spirit of this man. Costco - you’ve got a true gem. Having just shopped at Costco, I somehow (new car) managed to lock my keys, purse, phone, and insulin in my running car, with half the groceries inside and others still in the cart. I met several people who sympathized with my issue, and had some good laughs along the way…..Evan was the 7th person I approached for assistance and the only one confident in his choice to find a solution. And that made all the difference. It was literally magic when he got the car to unlock. Thank you again for your willingness to go the extra mile for someone in need.
