“So I went in to buy a phone today, Mary made it an easy transaction and explained everything's that would take place in detail. But the reason I give 4 stars is mainly for Miguel and the acting manager at the time. A customer they were trying to help cursed them out with every word. That customer was slamming stuff on the counter and both tmobile reps kept their professionalism as he had his toddler tantrum due to the price of a phone. As an employed person myself, I would expect never to have to deal with some one constantly speaking to me like that. I had to hold my tongue. I wanted to tell the reps "DO NOT HELP HIM! HOW ARE U ASKING FOR HELP BY CURSING AND YELLING?" I don't like that the manager requires their employees to endure this type of behavior. As soon as that customer called them out their names, he should've been asked to leave. That protocol should really be a topic in your next meeting.”
