When I entered the store I was greeted happily and the young lady at the counter ran codes with a great attitude. She even presented me with things that could fix the issue before replacing expensive parts. I was really grateful for her and her knowledge because I was able to save a lot of money with her feedback. Check engine light is off!! I told him nicely, but he started getting mad at me for not letting him the jumper cables, which I did not have at the moment to loan him. I’m sorry that he had to go through that. “On Sunday I brought my car to O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale I arrived a little early, so I sat in front and waited for the store to open. A man walked up to me. His name was Lupe and explained that they were not open yet, but asked what was wrong with my car. even though they were not open, Lupe still checked my battery for me and confirmed that I did indeed need a new battery . After I purchased the new battery, and even thought it was a difficult job., Lupe still installed the new battery with no problem. I constantly returned back to O’Reilly‘s because of the amazing customer service I get there . There is several places that sell auto parts, but I would never deviate from going to O’Reillys again and again. I am so thankful to Lupe and the entire staff at O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale.
