“Zach, the store manager helped me deal with an issue that I had with T-Mobile. He went up and beyond in making sure that I received the best possible outcome and resolved the issue. He stayed on the phone for quite a while advocating on my behalf and even suggesting solutions to the person on the line in order to help me.

“When we arrived at the store, there was a long line and only one representative working. Many people were frustrated, and several left empty handed because the wait was so long. Despite the situation, Noah remained calm, professional, and incredibly dedicated.
Noah was incredibly helpful during our visit. He took his time helping us, explained everything clearly and patiently, and made sure every one of our questions was fully answered. We never felt rushed just genuinely supported. Even though he was the only person in the store attending to everyone, he still provided exceptional service.
I truly hope Verizon considers hiring more staff, on Sunday because one representative can only do so much. There were about ten people waiting at one point and most of them left frustrated . We had time and needed a new phone so we wait and I’m glad we did Noah was absolutely worth it.
His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress free. He even apologized for the delay (which was not his fault at all) and stayed with us until my new phone was completely set up. This is the first time a representative has truly listened to all my concerns and made me feel like I was genuinely cared for. My husband and I are both very happy with the customer service we received.

I highly recommend this location. Esmi and her staff are very friendly and customer service is top notch.
