“Customer service is always superb when I come in. They always take the time to listen to what I have to say. Rather I need a break down on my bill or a trade in. I haven’t always had the best experience with Verizon itself but this store does a great job of trying to solve whatever issue I’m having. So far no complaints. Excellent store excellent service.”

“I did not catch the girls name I came in right about closing any other worker would have rolled their eyes nope but she helped me the same way she would’ve helped her first customer of the day not only that I was a port in which is a tideous task but she still did not hesitate to help me I also was hyper sensitive to see if she would get upset she never did she answered all my questions and I walked out with a brand new iPhone 15 my iPhone 12 was obliterated from metro I feel like no matter what or no matter where I move I would take the drive to have her help me she could’ve easily asked her to come back tomorrow good job to this boost mobile store you guys have the kind of customer service that is missing in this world”
