“Starting having issues with my service this week.To make a long story short, I stopped into see if I could be assisted further with my account as I couldn't fox the issue myself nor did I have the full know how.I was greeted by Josue (or Jose, I apologize if I'm spelling your name wrong bud.), And was immediately helped after relaying my issue to him.Definitely a very knowledgeable man as well as well spoken and did awesome with providing an effective solution.Thanks to this Gentleman I got my account in order.Great customer service is hard to come by these days, the service he provided was Superb and one I am thankful to have come across.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this store. They helped me out after I had been given the wrong information on an insurance claim by customer service and two other stores. Genesis and Jorge both treated me with respect. Even though I felt mislead by the company prior to walking into the store. Their kindness, respect, and willingness to help me; restored my faith in T-mobile. I will only be going to this store from now on. Thank you Jorge and Genesis.”
“I've had boost service for 5+ year's never really had any service issues a few trouble spots here and there overall I'm satisfied.
As far as this location I've never had an issue with employees or with upgrading and or buying a phone.
I did however receive some wrong information on a phone recently. DO NOT buy the TCL version phone if you like to use TAP TO PAY at retailers.
Other than that the phones okay.”

“So drop by T-Mobile store on West Phoenix Thomas location second visit there and all nice store nice and clean. They take care of you as you walk in the door specific person. “I Would like to give this stores customer service a 10/10. Came here today because I broke my screen protector to my watch and needed it replaced. Went to a store on 43rd and McDowell where they immediately just tried to sell me another protector with out asking me the right question of "whats the number for the watch " he just asked for my number and said it wasn't the right coverage and i couldnt find my receipt to help with the situation. Well when I came to this store I was helped by Erick and right from the start asked me the right questions to help me out and find the warranty and even gave me a copy of the receipt again. Day and night between customer service thanks again !!!”

“Serenity and Gavin were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were extremely knowledgeable about service plans, promotions, and devices that are tailored to my needs. Aside from their great knowledge, their hospitality was second to none. While Serenity was making sure I was 100% taken care of, I noticed Gavin teaching an elderly lady how to navigate her smartphone with endless patience and a huge smile. Definitely going back to this location for all my T Mobile needs and I highly recommend that you ask for Serenity or Gavin if you decide to do the same. Thanks guys!”

“I've never felt the need to write a review but, I had such a great experience here that I want to genuinely thank and praise this location. I went in to buy a new cell phone to which I walked in very overwhelmed and upset. The workers quickly were there to help me but, they truly went beyond that. They offered me so much attention and they made this whole process so simple for me. They also just treated me with so much kindness just genuine kindness. I would never thought buying a phone would have me walking out so happy but, the two people working truly were so respectful, attentive, and kind to the point that I can not just not write this review.
