“I stopped by the storage facility recently just to get some information about unit sizes and pricing, and I was helped by Layla Chapman. She was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. Layla took the time to walk me through the different options, explained the rental process clearly, and even gave me some helpful tips on what size would work best for my needs. I left feeling confident and well informed, which isn’t always the case when you’re just shopping around. Excellent customer service, you can tell Layla really cares about her customers. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m ready to rent a unit!”
“The whole process on buying a car from them remotely out of town was very seamless and easy to do. Jeff the sales person was very accommodating, transparent, and clear throughout the entire process. I’m not sure why the negative reviews paint a different picture but my experience has been very positive. Communication was clear and they were very responsive to my calls and emails. Vehicle Was in very good shape when I picked it up. They were also very accommodating to work with me on a pick up date. I would highly recommend them as a source for business or service vehicle purchases. Thank you Jeff for being so accommodating and helpful throughout the process.”

“I had gotten to the location just after they closed. I really needed to drop off my rental truck as it was the only time I could do it before it was due. They took my truck, and processed my return. Many places these days would have just said tough luck and not helped, but this place did. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me out even though it was after hours.Thank you!!!!”
“Tyler and Kevin are amazing! I had called several other Uhaul locations before I knew this was the location I wanted to go with. They were so friendly and knowledgeable! We were moving from another state and had a few questions and concerns; they really made us feel at ease and actually seemed to care unlike the other Uhaul locations in the area who had such a condescending tone/attitude while I asked them the same questions. While on our trip we unfortunately ran into a few unforeseen issues, but Tyler and Kevin were able to help us out, going above and beyond to make sure we were able to do our move without anymore added stress! These guys are the absolute greatest, and know true customer service! If you are looking for a place to rent your Uhaul, I highly recommend getting it from here. Great service from beginning to end and they really take care of their customers, thanks guys!!!”
“Checking out a truck was pretty easy and the woman who helped me lease the vehicle was professional and friendly, even when I made a last-minute change. The guy who checked in the truck when I returned it was professional and friendly as well.
The truck was horrible to drive. It seemed to lack power and was difficult to control; it definitely needs a front-end steering alignment!! It served the purpose for the several hours I used it; luckily it was all local mileage. I surely wouldn't have used it for anything over 50 miles. That particular truck should be removed from service.”

“Didnt rent from this location, i called 7 other locations near me, since my home location never answered, to ask 2 simple questions, tried for over 3 hours and nobody answered or called back out of those locations. This location, Jonathan answered immediately and was very professional, he was also able to answer my questions that my home store didnt because they never answered. If I were to rent again I would go straight to this location because they are there and ready to take your business. Thank you Jonathan for caring about your costumers.”

“The day of our rental of a budget truck was a disaster!! It was cancelled the night before by Zinc, LLC chandler, AZ ( how about a phone call) The Customer service rep said," they don't have your truck" . Frantically, re booking the night before the move to get same price (not). Showed availability at Alto auto. We go the next morning to only find out the truck they have can't be rented, mechanical issues. Stuck on the Am of moving day, Tom came to our rescue. Sent us over to Scottsdale budget ( very professional and helpful) oh, they had a working truck. So, this is to really say the site personnel and owners were very helpful. Phone reps guarantee $99.00 rate, we will see. the Technical booking is really outdated, obviously can't keep up with inventory. They are renting trucks they don't have in inventory , and have mechanical issues. This isn't the sites issues. This is corporate issue!. You need to help your budget sites more and be on top of things. How about visiting your facilities!!Alto auto (Tom) and Joost Ent, thank you for your help.Not so sure we will rent again with budget, to stressful.Final note, check your truck rental day before and call the actual site.”
