“I had a whole house water damage in Nov 2020. Yellow Jackets (Tanner) came in and made sure everything was packaged up with care. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Answered all of our questions. He spent ALL day taking care of our electronics. We just had our items returned today (by Tanner, Johnny and a few others) and he said if we needed they would come back and install anything (our kitchen isn't ready yet) and if there were ANY problems to call them and they will make it right. He was very careful not to damage our large appliances and our walls, even the slightest scratch. He took very special care of antique family heirlooms. I can not recommend this company enough! They have a great crew! If we ever are in need again (I hope not!) we will definitely use them.”

The area was well maintained, organized, and easy to walk through, which made the experience pleasant rather than chaotic. When we checked out inside the garden center, the associate at the register was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a smooth seasonal shopping experience, and I appreciated how well everything was managed during a busy time of year.”

“Tyler who was answering customer service return calls on 8/4/23 6:00pm was more than helpful, 11/10 customer service rating. I had an issue that had multiple parts to it and I was truly expecting it to be a frustration experience trying to return. Tyler did all he could to help me and made it a light hearted experience. When I had to be on hold for an extended time, he came back to let me know where they were in the process. He gave me options for my return, he listened well, and clearly has excellent customer service skills. I'm super pleased with this experience!”

“I used to go there everyday when working for a local HVAC company and no matter what I needed that day, Ferguson had it and the customer service was top notch! I was wondering though, if they sell to the public or if you have to have an account with them. Everytime I've gone there in the past I was buying through the company's account. Now that I'm just a regular Joe Blow, can I still buy miscellaneous supplies, like lineset or contactors? Not like full units, I can understand only selling those to private contractors, but like flex duct and stuff like that.”
“This review is for the service I received from Hannah. She was very pleasant and patient. I didn't realize that you would need to bring your own insurance to rent the trucks, so she waited patiently while I downloaded temporary insurance from the internet. We talked for a while and I learned that she likes her job alot. When I turned in the truck I realized that her estimate was spot on and it didn't cost me any more than she quoted me. $149 for the day and $168.82 what the taxes and everything. I downloaded the insurance from rentalcover.com it was $37 for collision and liability. Anyway Hannah was awesome!”
“I want to thank a Superstition Springs Home Depot Customer Service employee for outstanding customer service. A few days ago, Mikheal helped me with a problem concerning a small refrigerator I ordered on-line. I was charged the wrong price and he assisted me in contacting the online supervisor to get me a refund of the over-priced charge. He also loaded the refrigerator into my SUV for me. He was so polite, friendly and professional, that even though this Home Depot location is out of the way for me and there is a closer Home Depot, I am so very impressed by Mikheal that he now has a repeat customer in me. Thanks, Mikheal for all your help!”
