“I highly recommend renting from National at the Mesa Gateway Airport. I booked the car at the same time that I booked my flight which was key to my great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and my chosen vehicle was spotless and ready for me when I arrived. There were other travelers at the desk that were upset because there wasn’t a car immediately available for them - but they hadn’t reserved one ahead of time! The staff handled these grumpy customers with complete professionalism. The return process was so easy and once again, the staff person working the return lot was very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“Love using Enterprise rental more than any one else around. Had an issue with a vehicle picked up from another location and stopped in here to do an exchange and had a little bit of an issue with transferring over the reservation to the new vehicle but Daniel the manager took care of every thing and made things right.

“I had gotten to the location just after they closed. I really needed to drop off my rental truck as it was the only time I could do it before it was due. They took my truck, and processed my return. Many places these days would have just said tough luck and not helped, but this place did. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me out even though it was after hours.Thank you!!!!”

“The day of our rental of a budget truck was a disaster!! It was cancelled the night before by Zinc, LLC chandler, AZ ( how about a phone call) The Customer service rep said," they don't have your truck" . Frantically, re booking the night before the move to get same price (not). Showed availability at Alto auto. We go the next morning to only find out the truck they have can't be rented, mechanical issues. Stuck on the Am of moving day, Tom came to our rescue. Sent us over to Scottsdale budget ( very professional and helpful) oh, they had a working truck. So, this is to really say the site personnel and owners were very helpful. Phone reps guarantee $99.00 rate, we will see. the Technical booking is really outdated, obviously can't keep up with inventory. They are renting trucks they don't have in inventory , and have mechanical issues. This isn't the sites issues. This is corporate issue!. You need to help your budget sites more and be on top of things. How about visiting your facilities!!Alto auto (Tom) and Joost Ent, thank you for your help.Not so sure we will rent again with budget, to stressful.Final note, check your truck rental day before and call the actual site.”

“I'm here now. Battery died on me yesterday. They came out, not usual service, when I had nobody to help me. Taught me about the charge devices. They had me come in to charge battery and fix lights. Noticed a mechanical issue with wheels and quickly had me come next day to have that fixed.Been driving for nearly 40 years and I have to say this is a great service at a reasonable cost based on how much you save on gas, monthly oil changes, and maintenance. If you drive like me at 6,000 miles a month..; I'm not complaining.Ok: It only took 1 hour to fix and back to normal. Fantastic!”

“Some of these reviews had me scared for my first time renting a car, but it truly couldn't have been more quick and painless. You can fill out most of the paperwork online/in the app beforehand and they simply verify the license and some other info and add a standard CC for a deposit. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes, with a very nice, clean, newer model Toyota SUV. I was able to drop the car off at my destination after hours in their key drop box and the car was checked in first thing the next morning. This location is located in a hotel so I saw that you are also able to drop the keys after hours with the hotel desk. I had a very pleasant experience with this location, couldn't have made my first time renting process easier, and I would rent with this location and with Budget again.”
“Avis was so wonderful to us! When we accidently booked our car at the wrong airport, Avis helped us change our car and it worked out so well. Our sales associate, Yash, was so kind and accommodating. He set us up with an awesome car and gave us a great deal! I would highly recommend Avis!”

Arrived Feb 2nd approx. 7-7:30 pm. Reserved SUV was not available and he worked for several minutes to get us set up with a sedan that worked great for us! He was respectful and trying his best with the situation.”
“I rent through the Hertz and Uber rideshare program regularly, and overall the experience has been great. The process is usually smooth, and I rarely run into any issues with the vehicles. Dominique is fantastic—she’s super helpful, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled before I hit the road.
The only downside is how busy the location always is. Phone calls rarely get answered, and wait times can get long, especially during peak hours. It would definitely help if they had another employee or two to speed things up. Still, the team works hard, and the quality of service keeps me coming back.”
