His excellent communication skills and friendliness combined with his prowess as a salesman and designer, ensured that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. If you are looking for someone who will guide you through the process of selecting your cabinets, countertops and accessories with expertise and care, Brian is undoubtedly the person to turn to. We couldn’t be happier with our choices, and we wholeheartedly recommend Brian to anyone in search of top-notch service and design expertise. When starting a large project you should always anticipate small hiccups. The team at Madera dealt with those small hiccups in a very professional expeditious way. “I didn't get a chance to really get in and look around as it was my first time going so I didn't want to get separated from my family and that place is massive but what I was able to see it seems to be a wonderful place to get things that are needed and I've already made arrangements to come back in the fall to come shop again. “I used to go there everyday when working for a local HVAC company and no matter what I needed that day, Ferguson had it and the customer service was top notch! I was wondering though, if they sell to the public or if you have to have an account with them. Everytime I've gone there in the past I was buying through the company's account. Now that I'm just a regular Joe Blow, can I still buy miscellaneous supplies, like lineset or contactors? Not like full units, I can understand only selling those to private contractors, but like flex duct and stuff like that.”

“I will never go anywhere else. The customer service is absolutely amazing. They are very fast at identifying which parts are needed, always have the right parts in stock and the store is clean. Someone else mentioned they couldn't return something, which is strange. I've never had an issue returning anything. Highly recommend this place!”

“Great finds on a lot of house items ( decent selections ) with good prices. Didn't have any twin size bead sheets but everywhere I went no one had any (but plenty of every other sizes) WEARD! But it was x-mas!Side note: the air system was in need of a filter check for we got a headache from the smell of dust....just fyi”

“My husband and I utilize Floor & Decor pretty frequently for our home projects! Through kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms, they almost always have what we need. They have a ton of great options in a wide price range, including more budget friendly to more luxury tile options. Then of course all the accessories and finishes you would need. I do find their tile to be an awesome value and get other project materials through them, but tend to get other accessories or finishes such as hardware and what not elsewhere. The aisles of the store are wide enough to tote around anything heavy and peruse comfortably. They have everything organized well and it's easy to load up boxes of needed tile. The staff is always super friendly, helpful and available for assistance. They offer pick up too, which is great if you know exactly what you want. Bonus, the recently just started offering a military discount this year, I believe 10%. They have a great selection and it's a great option for tile needs. Some of the additional features online for calculating tile needs is also quite nice and I recommend for project planning.”

“We are shopping for a new tub for our bathroom remodel project. We stopped in here on a Tuesday afternoon. A little surprised to see the reviews saying that the staff wasn't friendly I thought they were super nice and answered all of our questions. Great selection and competitive pricing.”

“We are contemplating a master bath remodel and stopped by the Fergusons Mesa location on a Saturday afternoon. The showroom is nicely set up and displays their products well. We were able to browse through a large selection of kitchen, bath, and shower plumbing fixtures. We also looked through their section that displayed bathroom sets which had bathtubs, toilets, and vanity cabinets. There was a nice young man sitting at the desk there who was very helpful in answering our questions, and looking up product specifications.”
