“I came into this UPS location around 12:30 PM for notary services after calling the day before to confirm availability. From the moment I walked in, I was beyond impressed by Kimberly’s ability to juggle so many tasks at once while maintaining an incredible level of professionalism, efficiency, and kindness.
The store was packed—at least 10 people were waiting for various services—but Kimberly (Kim) handled everything seamlessly. She expertly multitasked, helping one customer confirm additional copies while guiding another on where to send their shipping label, all while directing a couple through the notary process. She never skipped a beat, ensuring that everyone felt seen and taken care of.
When it was my turn, she quickly set up my notary service while simultaneously assisting two other customers with quick package drop-offs. Despite the chaos, she made each person feel like their needs were a priority. It was truly impressive to watch her in action!
This level of customer service is rare, and Kim absolutely deserves recognition for her dedication and efficiency. If you need any services at UPS, I highly recommend this location—you’ll be in great hands!”
“I worked with Bryan Evans to setup the shipment of a Honda CRV from my parents in Covington, Louisiana to Los Angeles. Picked up on September 7 and delivered on September 17. Pretty much everything happened when scheduled and no problems. I used DAS about 10 years ago and also had a pretty uneventful experience. I read the reviews this time around and most bad reviews seemed related to schedule. I didn't immediately need the vehicle so I didn't really stress out about its arrival date. Got an email when it was delivered to terminal in LA, went and picked it up. Pretty straightforward. Nowadays we all get tracking info now for every e-commerce package order from Amazon and other merchants. That's not what happens with an auto shipment but it would seem like providing that transparency would be a really nice service.”

“I ADORE THIS STORE and how FAST AND EFFICIENT THE WORKERS HERE ARE! What UPS has done when it comes to being able to return things to Amazon, had literally changed my life! I can return things that end up being CRAP which normally I would just get screwed because online returns are too difficult! But UPS! NOT AMAZON! The UPS corporation choosing to do this for society with Amazon being such (annoyingly ?) big party of everyone's lives, makes it so much better! And it makes me want to only ship through them when I need to do so. So THANK YOU UPS, and a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the two workers there today, the employees who are the ones truly affected by this and who've become freaking ROCKSTARS with how fast and awesome they get things done! They are the ones who truly deserve recognition! Both Kaitlyn and Bravio, you guys just KILL IT! Frankly, store manager... These guys deserve a RAISE FOR WHAT THEY DO! SO AWESOME! “Make sure you already have your label taped onto your package! Otherwise they will suggest that you need to buy your own tape in the store. Once I explained to them that they were a craft store and surely they had tape at the register they were more accommodating. 4 stars for 12 inches of tape and being willing to bend the rules for me. “I have been going there for years, The owner is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of things. There are lots of interesting things to look at while you are waiting. Usually no more than 5 minutes when is busy. A lot quicker and easier than going to the post office.”
