“Whenever one of our trucks or trailers goes down, U-Haul is our go-to. They’re affordable, quick, and always seem to have what we need on short notice.
Just a few weeks ago, one of our trailers blew a spindle mid-route. We swung by the nearest U-Haul, and the crew had us hooked up to a replacement trailer in minutes. Super easy, no hassle.
Their staff is always friendly and knows we’re trying to keep jobs moving, which we appreciate. Solid backup option every time.”

“Hunter was super friendly and assisted us with courtesy and detail. He showed us around the property and explained everything to us. The facilities are clean, cool, and seemingly very secure. They have cameras everywhere and people are all explained they are not to tailgate and while there I didn't see anyone doing that so that made me feel good. They only allow folks with businesses to access the property 24/7 which is also really cool because I feel like that's the only folks who should be there coming and going at all hours (and they tend to be very serious about also keeping the property safe due to their own investments). Great price so far and we will see how it goes.”

Shadow Mountain U-Haul provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond to help me with my storage units, and every interaction with their staff has been a pleasure. They’re always friendly, patient, and never make me feel rushed.
What really stood out was how well the staff gets along with one another—joking and laughing together, creating such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. They made me feel like a VIP, not just another customer.
I would highly recommend this location for any and all of your moving and storage needs. You won’t be disappointed!”

“There have been some hiccups in my reservation using a U-Box. Even though Ernie doesn’t specialize in U-Boxes, he bent over backwards to try and rectify the issues. He spent a lot of time on the phone both times I stopped in talking to people so that the reservation would suit my needs. I would use this location again because you can tell Ernie really cares!”

“I have recently moved to Phoenix and this was the U-Haul I decided to drop off the trailer and U-Haul to, as well storing my items here. Very friendly staff and they were all very kind as well. The facility was nice and neat, and I felt the process was straight forward and they got me everything I needed in a timely manner. “Reserved a cargo van, got there in pick up day and found out they have no cargo vans anywhere so .... panicked for a day, Roy actually found a cargo van the next day but had already made other arrangements & would have had to modify the inside as it had a panel between the seats & cargo area which wasn't ideal for our situation. Do appreciate the effort on by Roy on the back end. But budget corporate really needs to not accept reservation if they aren't going to honor reservations or make a call to inform customer prior to pick up especially when reservation was made a month ahead of time. Roy rules, budget corporate policies suck”

They worked with me throughout the duration of it and I am so thankful for their fairness and pricing they're wonderful vehicles, and they're absolute knowledge and professionalism in their positions. “The diesel shop treated us really well. Made sure we were well informed on repairs needed, approximate eta, and was very professional and courteous. They say the drivers lounge has AC but we couldn't tell. It wasn't much cooler than outside but the staff did their best to make sure our rig was DOT safe and legal to drive. Extra shoutout to Talbott, Rodney, and Louise for going the extra mile to make sure everything was good for us to roll”

The facility was conveniently located for us, clean, and efficiently run. My only comment might be the expense. It became quite costly. Thank you for allowing me to share my comments.”
