The National clerk gave me a 2-size-up vehicle and adjusted the rate to match my original quote. That made for an enjoyable rental period, with no muss or fuss over rates. Great customer service!”
“Most efficient car rental service I have ever experienced! Skip the counter and go straight to a car. No one trying to upsell. No extra forms to complete. Just get in the car and go to the exit booth, show your ID and you’re all set. Same thing at drop off. The attendant scans the car, walks around for visual inspection and you’re all done!”

Going on our first real family vaca with our 7 month old. so we needed alot of space. I called A-1 and they were ok with me going on A 6 day vaca. And driving to Mexico. Insurance? No problem they supply that. Great price it was fantastic. Do your research. If you need a very newer vehicle that is clean and all works. They have it! This is your team. I work in Customer service. “I bought my 2001 Toyota 4Runner a few months ago from RC Auto and couldn’t be happier. From my understanding, they don’t typically take on cars of this age but I was so happy to see this one on their site.
I had been referred to RC Auto from multiple family members and happened to find my ideal car within the right timing. Scott was very honest with me through the entire process and went so far as to show me more affordable options that may come with a smaller risk - the customer service and integrity showed through and through.
Though the car I purchased was not up for warranty due to the age, Scott and Val, the dealership’s mechanic, worked to address an issue I had with the driver’s door window,
as well as providing a complimentary service on a blown fuse I had which caused the radio, clock, etc to go out. I am extremely grateful to the wonderful staff at RC auto - they are truly an upstanding team and you can tell that shortly after speaking with one of their team members. Thank you all, especially to the staff member that took a chance to restore an old 4Runner! You made my dreams come true and I have loved every minute of owning it.”

“Autoselect cars provided me with an outstanding customer experience. I live in los angeles, and found a car online on their website. I sent a contact request to inquire about the vehicle, and I got a phone call very quickly from Eddie. We talked about the car and he provided me with pictures and even videos of the car starting cold and running. I was given the carfax and allowed to look everything over. He communicated with me professionally and honestly. We discussed the vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure at all trying to get me to buy. He knew I was in Los Angeles about 400 miles away.
He took the time to answer with any questions I had, and every day while I was looking at vehicles that fit my budget, He would send me a quick text just to follow up and keep me in the loop. After my careful research of the vehicle We were discussing, I found that the vehicle was exactly the vehicle I wanted to get. It had the right options, the right history, and it fit everything I was looking for. The price was already a great price to where I had no need to even haggle over it.
Eddie and Ray worked with me on the deposit and made everything so painless. I paid my deposit, and arranged a flight to phoenix on a Saturday. Eddie even came to pick me up at the airport. When I got to the dealership, It was exactly as I expected, a nice used car dealership with a bunch of vehicles to fit anybody and everybody. They had a great selection of work vehicles too. When I saw the car it was washed and ready to go and I took a test drive and that was it, I knew It was the right vehicle. It was represented accurately and was exactly in the condition stated as Eddie and I had discussed the vehicle in depth and he had told me about the normal used vehicle condition. I knew the car was not mint, It has miles, it has a few little dings etc, but for me that is not something I even care about, because to me a car with a little wear and tear is expected, after all I was not buying a brand new vehicle.
The entire process for me was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It is because of people like Eddie and Ray who I dealt with there that made the experience truly wonderful. I was treated with the utmost of care and respect. My time was taken into account and I could not be happier with the experience. I truly felt like I got the white glove treatment. Eddie is the best!”
“Unbelievable service. They make the process of renting a van as easy as possible. They pick you up from the airport with the van and you take off from there. And then when you go to the airport to takeoff, they have someone meet you at the airport to get the van from there. Never had such a smooth easy process in all my years renting cars. Highly recommend”

“I liked how easy it is to get to the rental car area and to get to the airport after dropping off your car. We rented with Hertz and the staff were all very nice, from the counter, to the guy at the gate when you leave, to the guy who checks your car back in. Way to go team!”

I wanted to come back in and share that I’ve rented three weekends in a row from this location and every single time has been phenomenal! I’ve had the absolute time of my life traveling around the area and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of this enterprise team!
I wanted to give a shout out to some special people that made it real! Montay is the store manager and did a phenomenal job being supportive of his team in every experience I had!
Quentin helped me every single day and made my entry to the store feel like a homecoming! He was so friendly and efficient and took all of the anxiety out of the process
Dustin walked me around all the cars and helped me understand the features and options like a pro! He also shared some great travel tips!
Sinjin gave me a ride home and was so friendly! Ryan handled an extension for me and Sean helps with service so much!

“When we arrive at the rental location Makayla and Jack gave us a nice greeting. They gave news that they were waiting for cars and there would be a wait. They kept us updated and call other locations. They found a compact car in which I declined. Throughout the whole process they didn’t stress with a lobby of people waiting for cars. I would’ve. Even though there was a wait we had a pleasant experience with Jack and Makayla. Thanks for the great service. I will definitely rent from this location in the future.”
“I couldn't even begin to tell you guys how satisfied and happy I am with my experience from this Enterprise. I rented a vehicle in Phoenix to go to Ocean Shores, Washington. These guys went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing vacation. My car was clean and in great working order and when I was freaking about needing an extra day all I did was call them and I got it no problem. I am making this Enterprise my main while I live in the valley.
