“We came in looking for the perfect bed to end our nighttime suffering- being in a bed that moved every time we get in and out waking each other up at night. We came in and explained our challenges. Carrie was friendly, personable, and listened and understood our needs. She walked us through the store and educated us on the different options they have on display. We were able to try out the beds and make ourselves comfortable. We were able to find our perfect match in our budget, and not only that she made it super convenient able to do our entire sale over text and online - and even added some freebies in for us as well! This was an 5 Star experience- and we get to pick our mattress up the same day!! Couldn’t be happier!”

McDowell Rd store on October 31, 2024 and Jesus Lopez was very helpful and instrumental in finding the proper colours and furnishings for me. He was very kind, hard-working and did everything he could to help me purchase the proper decor for my residence.
Today, November 1, 2024 I worked with Mona to finish my furniture purchases here at Mor. She was very helpful, kind and upfront with all of the details. I bought the rest of my residential furniture from her and left happy knowing I would have my furniture delivered on the promised day and time. Mor will call and text with the customer the day before ones furniture is to be delivered in order to coordinate a firm time window. I really appreciate the call for a confirmation and a text as well. They have a white glove delivery process which helps keeps ones new furniture from being scratched or damaged. “Justin & Victoria are super friendly greet you when you walk In the door , they let you look offer help they don’t pester you right away they answered all our questions! Came in for a stove left with three more things!!!! the process is super easy paper work wise! The only bummer was the bed was at a different location they don’t ship store to store! Was the only downside! But over all everything went smooth!”

Pricing on the chairs was actually much better than Copenhagen, so needless to say this was excellent experience. I will certainly shop Scandinavian designs for future furniture needs.”

“Great store. Lots of refurbished things new and not many antiques. What I have no respect for is people buying thing and then reselling for double. A vendor selling a fake plant for double of what it cost at Big Lots,. I know because I bought 2 for the price this vendor wanted for 1. No vintage or antique about it that plant. Buyers, beware before you buy that's all....”
“The couch we bought is wonderful-exactly what we asked for. It is very comfortable, fits perfectly in the room, and looks fabulous. Both the receptionist and our salesperson **** listened to us and guided us to see furniture that met our needs. **** let us take the time we needed to explore different options, not ******* us into making a quick decision. She also explained how to care for the leather and the delivery details as well. Copenhagen is a great place to buy quality furniture. We are very pleased with both the quality of the furniture and the helpfulness of the staff!”
“Neat store but they charge a fee to use a credit card . I had about $70 worth of items and they wanted to put a $3 fee on top of that. I have shopped there a couple other times over the years without this being an issue. Other stores in that strip mall did not charge a fee for purchases of significantly less. I have asked my credit card company about these fees in the past and they said it is unethical. Stores should price their items at appropriate prices to cover their costs instead of adding a fee. Not sure that I will bother shopping there again or not as I rarely have cash and will likely forget to stop at an ATM. Plenty of competition that doesn't slap on fees.”
