“We have been very impressed with the whole process of buying a hot tub from Imangine. The salesperson (John Amato), who helped us get the right Hot Tub, Nancy, who followed up with us to get the tub scheduled and installed, and the installer were excellent. Kimberly did a great orientation session. We are now getting the valet service. Overall, a great experience end to end. Jack and Claudette Moran”

“We purchased and had installed a walled. Choose oak for the wood and it turned out beautiful. Everyone we dealt with from the store to the installers keep us informed of all that was happening. They made it a simple and pleasant experience. We would highly recommend this company. The walled gave us the spare room back but we still have room for company when needed”
“AMAZING Experience with all our furniture purchases at Copenhagen North Scottsdale. Our sales rep is Crystal W. She has been a pleasure to work with and always had such amazing ideas and suggestions. We were in the process of doing a full house remodel and after looking at many other furniture stores we knew as soon as we walked in this was what we were looking for. The quality of everything has been nothing short of incredible. If there has been any issue, they just take care of it. The entire staff here is amazing. From Joy who answers the phone always with a smile, Diana who schedules for service, Pascal and Scott for service, and all others who support the whole staff. This is not the cheapest furniture you will buy, but long after you forget the price, you remember the quality and the service. Thanks to all”

“We worked with Kristin, the interior designer for Things, Fig and Birch and Urban Boulevard. She made furniture shopping for our new home enjoyable and stress free. She knows the furniture, accessories, vendors and materials. She developed a keen understanding of our personal taste and did an incredible job at matching the two. I am delighted with my new house full of beautiful furniture!”
“If you are looking for a great metaphysical shop in Scottsdale, Missy's Mysteries is the place to go! Missy is truly wonderful and she has a great selection of items with friendly prices! Whether you are looking for books, candles, crystals, incense, etc...Missy has it! She also recently added a little marketplace on one side of her shop where local artisans have their work out and available for purchase. Easy to get to location with plenty of parking, plus they offer classes! My friend and eye are planning to attend one as soon as we can. Highly recommend!”
“I came in a few weeks back looking for a seat cushion and Sabrina assisted me with exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable and helpful and we even tried out a couple of mattresses. The overall experience was helpful and welcoming. We are happy customers!”
“I had a wonderful experience working with Leila Parnian and Parnian Furniture. Leila is not only incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but also one of the most amicable, humble, and genuinely helpful people you could meet.
She has an amazing eye for design, and her store is filled with beautiful selections and thoughtful pieces that reflect impeccable taste. What really stands out is how approachable and patient she is — she takes the time to understand your style and offers ideas that elevate the space while still feeling personal and livable.
If you are looking for timeless design, high-quality furnishings, and someone who truly cares about helping you create a beautiful home, I highly recommend Leila and Parnian Furniture.”
“Let's start by saying this was a purchase of a lifetime for my hubby and I with purchasing and custom tailoring our first Billiard Pool table to our new home. NOW, I want to give the BIGGEST, KINDESS AND MOST GENUINE THANK YOU to RYAN L. @ The Billiard Factory of Scottsdale. Ryan helped guide us through what we thought was right for us into giving us huge knowledge on the differences of items and the importance of getting it right. Thanks to Ryan L. being so skillfully grand at what he does and perceptively keen on what our “wish list” entailed we were able to curate the most stunning pool table together and we can't wait to get it White Glove Installed within the next 2 weeks. THANKS again endlessly Ryan for all your ABOVE & BEYOND efforts to ensure we got what we wanted for our game room. We look forward to working with you again very soon and also to update this review once it's delivered as well with a time-lapse of the beauty that awaits us!”
“Kaelan with Paddy O' Furniture was professional & communicative. He helped me order outdoor seating covers for my Edge Hill series. Can’t wait for the order to arrive. Thank you!”

“I honestly can’t say enough good things about this store. HLF has truly been a saving grace for me in so many ways, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Tish is beyond AMAZING. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched, but what truly sets her apart is how much she truly listens. She takes the time to understand my wants, needs, and concerns, and she never rushes the process. Every recommendation she makes is thoughtful, personalized, and always in my best interest.
It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a kind, patient, and supportive approach.
I’m so grateful to have found HLF and to work with someone as incredible as Tish. What more could anyone ask for?”

“We had a great experience both in-person at this store and later via a phone call to Customer Service. At the store, Riley helped to show us some chandelier options that would match our new Minka fan. The result was perfect! We ordered the chandelier and some outdoor lights online. They all looked great. About a week later, the chandelier went on sale. We called Customer Service, who promptly refunded part of the original sale price and also double checked that our outside lights weren't further on sale. We really appreciated this level of service and Lamps Plus is now our go-to lighting store!”
“Great experience with top notch manager and salesman, JR. after trying nearly every mattress in this price range, the product, customer service, warranty, and ability to customize the mattress if needed, made us feel confident in such a major purchase. Go and speak with JR to learn a lot about mattresses and why this is a good investment in one’s health.”
“This really is a stunning showroom with tons of high end, beautiful furnishings! They custom make everything in house and so the quality is truly top notch. You will definitely be impressed by their workmanship and countless design options!”
“Jill made my experience so seamless and easy! I have two restoration couches that I replaced with a giant new sectional for my remodel. She even referred me to a moving company that came and picked them up and did all the work for me.”
“In beautiful old downtown Scottsdale is a furniture slash gallery retail store with a beautiful collection of timeless pieces. I met Christin Ortiz whom gave me a story of how they got into business and the connections of various artist from the western plains from photography, paintings and sculptures as well as buffalo leather furniture. I decided on a photography piece by Robert Dawson. It is a numbered limited piece in a gorgeous textured frame with a complete certificate of authenticity. It is a striking and gorgeous piece that compliments my space beautifully. The owner is fantastic. He personally comes to your home and installs your purchased piece to best catch the character or space of the room.”

“We absolutely LOVE our new front door from Art Factory. The craftsmanship is exceptional—the cedar cypress wood is stunning, and the ironwork is truly a work of art. The speakeasy door is such a unique touch. Everyone who sees the door thinks it’s gorgeous!
The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Ordering was easy, and their customer service was responsive, exceptionally helpful, and professional throughout. We couldn’t be happier with the final result—highly recommend!”
“Jess listened to what I was looking for, and led me to exactly what I was hoping to find.
Alex did a great job putting fabrics together to choose from, and everything coordinated so beautifully, I’m very impressed with Lazy boy’s choice in such a talented designer.
Both ladies were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend Lazy Boy to others.”
