“My husband and I went in on Saturday 24th and met with Jamie. He had put a chandelier aside for us. We wanted to look around at others and he was happy to show us many. We ended up with a beautiful chandelier. He also showed us medallions for the ceiling and we purchased one of those as well. He was a very friendly, professional. We were taken care of 100%. We will be back to see Jamie for all are lighting needs. He is very knowledgeable about all types of lighting and accessories. “Picked up an outdoor lounge chair and side table - ladies were so friendly - when I had trouble fitting the lounge chair in my car, one of them came out with an allen wrench to help me take it apart so it fit - and then tried to give me the allen wrench to use when I got home. “I had warranty issues with an expensive set of outdoor furniture purchased from AAOL and had previously posted a negative review claiming misrepresentation and failure to honor warranty on the cushions. While I cannot find that review now to redact it, I did finally manage to engage Todd, AAOL president and was quite satisfied with his resolution. The store did not misrepresent their product after all. It's unfortunate that Todd needed to jump through hoops with his manufacturers to get them to honor their warranty but he expended extraordinary effort on my behalf to satisfy my claim. Apparently, Ratana is the company that makes the cushions using Sunbrella fabric, and Ratana refused to honor their 2 year warranty on the product. Todd needed to deal directly with Sunbrella to honor Sunbrella's 5 year warranty on the fabric, and is having another fabricator build new Sunbrella cushions for us instead of Ratana. My misunderstanding was that I was told I was buying Sunbrella product, which I trust, but Ratana was the company declining the warranty claim. My apologies to Todd and AAOL for a negative review.”

There is a saying in sales that a person purchases a product not because they feel the emotional connection to a product but because of the people they do business with - this is exactly the case. The staff went above and beyond to answer my question, pulled the product high up on a wall so I can measure the antlers and get an idea of the size and weight of the product. This highly impressed me so I drove back to Scottsdale the following day which is an 1.5 hour drive for me with traffic on a Friday to see the friendly staff and purchase this product that finally fills a blank space into a showcase room.Thank you so much for your stellar customer service!”

“We looked at Wallbed reviews and quality of other Wallbeds at a home show, and there was no comparison with Scottsdale Wallbeds & More Store. Ryan has the best reviews hands down. He was super helpful with coming to our home and measuring, to be sure we did not choose something we would regret, and answered all our questions. Communication is good. Amy the owner was also helpful. The installers were super patient, as I am a bit meticulous, and want it perfect since I paid so much. These may be a little more expensive than some others, but you get what you pay for, and the quality with the builder, not just sales, was worth it for us. We purchased the library which holds all the books from 2 previous bookshelves and still has lots of room left on it for decorations. It has phone chargers and lights. We got the coffee color. It is in the exercise room and there is much more room now with the sofa bed gone. Sheets can be stored right on it, and folded up. Pillows can be tucked in on the side walls. It really looks rich with the real wood floor. We love it so much, especially having a regular mattress that goes on a bed, not just a thin little fold away mattress, that we just ordered a second Wallbed for my office a couple weeks after this one was installed. Now we have a couple neighbors who love it and are interested. Will show pics of the second one when it is complete in about 8 weeks. Now we will have 2 real queen size beds for family who visit, not a smaller "queen" couch bed and the blow up bed.Update: second Wallbed in my office is the Magnolia Horizontal in white with a brownish color which looks kind of antique or stone washed. It is also a real Serta queen mattress like the library mattress. It fits great and there’s plenty of room to walk around, and I only have to scoot my office chairs out of the way a little. I purchased 2 different size nightstands, to use for my printer and other office supplies. Again Ryan was super helpful with measuring and suggestions. We were planning on the vertical bed, but the horizontal fits better. The installation guys were great! We highly recommend Scottsdale Wallbeds & More Store!”

My husband and I were visiting from WNY and we don’t have a showroom in Buffalo, so we took the opportunity to stop in and try the mattresses. We both have the purple pillows and want to upgrade our mattress, but we have very different mattress preferences when it comes to soft and firmness. Barbie was so knowledgeable and sweet, she took the time to explain in detail the difference between each mattress. We also mentioned we share our bed with our dogs and she informed us that everyone at Purple was a pet owner and lover which was nice to hear! Though we unfortunately weren’t able to buy anything since we were leaving the following day, Barbie truly made it a memorable shopping experience and we cannot thank her enough. “In 2002 (22 years ago) I purchased a file cabinet for my office along with a corner desk...I love the set. Recently I had a issue with the top drawer of the filing cabinet. I called the service department at Copenhagen and asked if they could either make a service call or recommend someone who may be able to fix the slides on both sides of the top drawer. Pascal came over a few days later and surveyed the situation. Because of the age of the piece, he didn't think they still had the parts. However he did look around the "shop" and he found us two sets. Within a few days, he came back and installed the broken ones and gave us an extra 2nd set. I was thrilled. He worked fast and within minutes my office was just the way it has been for years. I think this was over the top service and I am forever grateful. We have been a good customer of Copenhagen, over the years we have purchased a sofa, a bedroom set, an easy chair, and some accessory pieces. It's my go to store for furniture and furnishings.”
