“Our experience with Extra Space Service (beginning when it was, if I remember correctly, Uncle Bob’s Storage) has always been excellent. The facility was conveniently located for us, clean, and efficiently run. My only comment might be the expense. It became quite costly. Thank you for allowing me to share my comments.”
“Great job all! The facility easily accommodated the tight turns for our 26-foot U-Haul and an SUV towing a 16-foot cargo trailer. The locks are top-notch, and the entire setup is highly professional. What impressed me most, though, was the staff. Their professionalism was well above and beyond what I am used to at storage facilities. They worked seamlessly with me and the crew I hired to unload in 100-plus degree heat. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask—handling little things most people wouldn't notice, like offering cold water, assisting with the gate, and recognizing our vehicles during our frequent trips on that grueling first day. On top of that, they were just incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!”

“I had an outstanding experience with RWC Group in Phoenix. After multiple unsuccessful repair attempts at another service center, this team finally fixed the problem properly.
They performed a major repair under warranty, replacing the DPF system, all injectors, and related components. What impressed me the most was their thoroughness and professionalism — they didn’t just “patch” the issue, they addressed the root cause.
My truck now runs much smoother and quieter than before, with no leaks or warning lights. The difference is immediately noticeable.
I would also like to highlight the lady at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and truly made an effort to help me throughout the entire process.
On top of that, they went the extra mile to ensure everything was covered under warranty, even communicating with the manufacturer to make it happen. That level of dedication is rare.

“I had rented a U-Box that was supposed to be driven cross country. Once it arrived in Arizona the box was sent to a location that I realized was too far from my storage unit so it had to be transferred from that U-Haul location to the Sunny Slope U-Haul. At Sunny Slope I then had to rent a U-haul truck to load the items from the U-Box to be loaded and taken to my storage unit by a mover. I spoke to Evan who was very kind. I had a LONG (and I'm sure unnecessary) explanation of what needed to take place and not only was Evan patient, knowledgeable and respectful, but the manager, Steve, heard my anxiety level and assured me that they were capable and it would all work out. I was very impressed with these two men. They never appeared irritated or made me feel like I was an annoyance. They were professional yet friendly and went above and beyond to address my concerns. They made this such a positive experience for me. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you guys. I appreciate all your help!!!!!”

“I booked a hitch installation online and selected this location specifically because the U-Haul website showed the hitch I wanted was in stock here. The earliest available appointment was 10 days out, which I accepted and paid for in full.
When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told the hitch receiver was not actually in stock. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I had received a confirmation email and was never notified of any issue ahead of time. Given that I was preparing for an upcoming trip, this put me in a difficult position.
That said, I want to acknowledge that Keith (the owner) handled the situation well. He was receptive to the issue, and we were able to find an alternative solution. His team installed a different hitch the same day, which I appreciated.
Overall, the initial breakdown in communication and inventory accuracy was frustrating and avoidable, but I’m grateful to Keith for stepping up and resolving the issue quickly once I was there and for this I give them 5/5 rating. Thanks again Keith.”

“It's a great storage facility for being in the area it's in . I clean the east side and keep up on the trash and security of the units as far as people coming in that does not have a unit there. I' use my unit everyday for business purposes and it has been a huge help.”

“Reserved a cargo van, got there in pick up day and found out they have no cargo vans anywhere so .... panicked for a day, Roy actually found a cargo van the next day but had already made other arrangements & would have had to modify the inside as it had a panel between the seats & cargo area which wasn't ideal for our situation. Do appreciate the effort on by Roy on the back end. But budget corporate really needs to not accept reservation if they aren't going to honor reservations or make a call to inform customer prior to pick up especially when reservation was made a month ahead of time. Roy rules, budget corporate policies suck”
