“Stellar experience and similar to my last time there - 20+ years ago. In the interim I have let my fitness subside and explained as much to Brett who was my 'guide'/sales agent there. All the people there clearly are runners/athletes/pros who know what they are doing. He casually chatted with me, picked up what he needed to know, watched me walk to the door and back and then I said I had to go but would be back. I did return 2 hours later (after lunch across the street :) and he was available and not only stoked me on the appropriate shoes but he steered me toward something that is a good fit AND was marked down making room for the latest and greatest of the same brand. He could have pushed me on the newest but knew in my current state I didn't need that.
I will definitely upgrade there and suggest anyone looking for actually mobility/running/jogging/trekking wear to go there. They price themselves against the webz so if you try to go online all you will achieve is missing out on pro advice and excellent service. Great place, highly recommended”

I love longboards hands on see, touch feel if it's the board you want and customize your ride. I love the ladybug phantom. Hundreds of decks, shapes sizes brands wheels bearing trucks everythink I can dream of. Just a little pricey. But new high end boards are expensive. I love this place”

I had gotten to Phoenix and forgotten my clothes for that evening's big event. I found the east Phoenix DXL location conveniently near my hotel. Parking, and the physical location is nicer than my DXL in Tucson (N. Oracle road), which is in a sketchy part of town.
The selection was much more inclusive than my Tucson store and it was easy to navigate. Customer service Kayleen (Professional, courteous, smiling, extremely well - dressed, knowledgeable, and very helpful) took very good care of me.
With her kind assistance I was out of the store in just a few minutes. She actually steamed the wrinkles out if the shirt I had just bought! Thanks Phoenix (better than my Tucson) location!”

I feel so beautiful and stylish in everything that I have purchased from them! Their shipping time is so fast and the fee is only $1.99 no matter how much you order! I highly recommend this company. The customer service is also so friendly and amazing, they will work with you if the item is damaged or if you aren't satisfied with it. I used to be so hesitant to order clothing online in fear that it wouldn't fit or that I would have difficulty returning it, but never had to worry with this with CCB!!”

“Big shout out to Curtis Blue Line uniforms and Manager Mike Longstreth! Went in for some equipment and uniform alterations. Alterations were done the same day and what equipment that was not available in store will be available for pick up this week. Unbelievable customer service and highly recommend. So many beautiful gems in this boutique. Laura helped me pick out pieces that worked perfect for my body type that I would never have picked myself. She even zipped all of the pieces for me and gave me tips on how to wear them with specific bras. I am so grateful for her help. If you need a nice dress or business clothing made with quality fabric, and great customer service, don’t pass this place by. I would 10/10 recommend.”

“Best shoe selection I’ve seen, being a professional athlete, there isn’t one shoe that they don’t have or can’t get for you, and the logistics and service of how everyone flows together was very welcoming and the employee that serviced was very sweet and on top of what I needed and made the buying experience better for me and she also introduced me to the VIP program , which is the best service I’ve received for shoes, alot of times you do need a full 90 days to really tell if a shoe is going to work, for various reason and conditions, most stores stop at 30 days and that’s not nearly entirely enough time because your not running everyday, so I love the time roadrunner allows you to have.Cody,nikki and jeff have serviced me so far also ryan , they have done thr most professional jobAlso roadrunner is very stricked about quality control and I like going to a sports Or Store that doesn’t really give a damn about customer service life for example Dick’s Sporting Goods they dont give a damn about really serving you. They’re not professionals…… They think they are , there’s a difference so roadrunner not only are they professionals but the nurturing that and the generosity increases each time”
