“We came in Friday to ask some questions about upgrading a couple of my kids phones. James not only greeted us right away he helped us with so many things. He let us know of some ways to save money, asked how we liked our new WiFi plan we’d set up and offered us some other things he thought we may like to take advantage of. When one of my kids struggled with his set up of his new phone he made sure we left confident on how to handle the rest of the transfer because we didn’t want to sit and wait to finish it there. Management was also great and when James had to go to lunch someone just as great took over. I wish o could remember their name. I will say this was some of the best service I’ve had at Verizon. Give James a raise he is a hard worker with some great customer service skills.”

“This is my go to store for Cox. Staff are always friendly and caring about my circumstances, and always get me a great deal. They helped me make an easy switch to fiber optics. EVERYTIME another service tries to get me to switch in a store they say they can beat my deal. No contest when I mention 9 TVs, almost every channel, makes every TV a smart TV with apps, and Internet. Great store and staff.”

“Came in with an issue with an iPhone 13. Keenan greeted us and immediately started assessing the problem, which turned out to be a bad SIM card. He replaced the card, tested everything and sent us out very happy customers. Watching the interaction in the store, all associates were as friendly and helpful as Keenan was to us.
