“We went to the Verizon store today with a frustrating situation. Not really anyone's fault but it's odd and just horrible timing. We got Kaleb and told him what was happening and he just kindly listened to us and agreed it was odd. We had very low expectations that our problem could be fixed, but Kaleb tried every single angle that he could to try to help even stating he did not think there was anything to be done but went so far above and beyond to try to help. I believe the manager that he had called over was Zach and it was the exact same thing. These guys really tried to help us. They had a fantastic alternative that they offerred with setting up a temp number for us on my old device its just that the biggest part of us replacing it was that it was just not working. Even trying to fix another phone issue that we had just because they wanted to help us with something.”
“Very helpful setting up one of my work phones. The associate was able to direct me in the right direction with what plan to get and how to make it the most cost effective option for my needs. Just be sure to ask all the questions you have in case they for get to mention something to you.”

“It would be hard to argue that the fact that Customer service has steadily declined over the years to the point most people prefer to just shop online not only for convenience but to avoid dealing with a company associate who has no problem displaying how much they hate there job through their poor attitude. I usually walk away from an interaction with a sales representative feeling like I was bothering them. However this was not the case at this t-mobile location..My sales representative Malcolm went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My business there did not even feel like business, it felt more like I was talking to a friend. My interaction did not take long but my gratitude will last for ever thank you Malcolm for being both friendly and professional.”
“In the past week, I decided to switch all my phones over to COX from Xfinity. I’m new here to Arizona from Colorado. While Xfinity made departing from them as easy as breaking into Fort Knox, COX was not only helpful but became my entire team, coach and cheerleaders! Because Xfinity refused to let me go over the phone, I had to drive 2 hours each way to Tucson, twice in two days. (Their review is coming up next?) After I was able to get out from under Xfinity, I returned my phone the next day and was warmly greeted and they were kind enough to give me a credit, simply for all the trouble I had to go through. “I agree! James deserves a raise! Initially, we went to the Verizon Store on Val Vista and Baseline, but the customer service there was TERRIBLE!!! They didn’t listen to my needs, concerns or what I was looking for. They were only concerned with trying to upsell me to the most expensive products and insisted that was all they offered. So we walked out and ended up, thankfully, meeting James Chapman at this Verizon store. He was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with!!! He was so kind and genuinely listened to my needs and concerns. He made me feel like he was genuinely concerned about what would work best for me and my family. Even though this Verizon store is more out of the way, I would make that drive anytime to be able to work with James again!!! I will tell everyone to head to this store and ask for James to help them!!! Thank you James for your excellent customer service!!! We can’t wait to work with you again!!!”
“These 5 stars are for John. He truly is the best and will help you with whatever your need is. After my husbands phone was completely trashed after falling off a truck and ran over, John helped us navigate how to proceed, best options, and helped set up new phone. We all know our phone is essentially a lifeline, your banking, calendars, business accounts, children’s school accounts etc etc. John helped bring that back and make it right again.

“Was with male friend in Val Vista store to get help to straighten out setting up emergency contact on iPhone. He recently lost his wife and health is poor and needed emergency contact for himself but something had gotten messed up and couldn’t enter info so Michelle at this store did an awesome job of clearing it all up and wanted this passed on to her supervisor please. He was elated with everything she did including answered questions. What a great help she was.”
“Came in with an issue with an iPhone 13. Keenan greeted us and immediately started assessing the problem, which turned out to be a bad SIM card. He replaced the card, tested everything and sent us out very happy customers. Watching the interaction in the store, all associates were as friendly and helpful as Keenan was to us.
