“Super quaint. Very clean. Self check in worked great. Everything is advertised. Response to questions via email was quick. We went for a relaxing no frills anniversary trip. It was close enough to everything and each room is spaced far apart enough to no be bothered by other guests. The amenities are very nice as well and they don't use cheap products...from our in room lil coffee bar to the shower/bathroom supplies. Really nice touches throughout.
Restaurant is on site but not part of Bespoke Inn. Experience it anyway.

“I exchanged my timeshare to stay here during the last week in December. After a great deal of reflection, I would say I have really mixed feelings about this resort. First the reception staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions when I checked-in. Actually, all the staff was nice here and helpful. They cleaned my unit in the middle of my stay. That was a nice perk. A lot of timeshares don't do that anymore. The location is very convenient to downtown Scottsdale, which is about a mile away. If you have any interest in hiking Camelback Mountain, the Cholla Trail is also a 15 minute walk from the resort. However, I did not like the design of the units and they really need to be updated. There were two beds and a pull-out sofa in the unit. One bed was upstairs like a loft and overlooked the downstairs part of the accommodation The stairs are steep and narrow to get to this bedroom. There is only only bathroom in the entire unit and that is downstairs. If you sleep upstairs then you have go downstairs to do your business. Crazy. However, if you sleep downstairs, you have to go upstairs occasionally because that is where the HVAC control panel is. Okay. The over-sided tubs in the bathroom should be removed and replaced with walk-in shower stalls. The tub is hard to step in and out of and it can be slippery. Water pressure was also very weak in the bathroom.”

I was here for a week for a conference and every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly service-oriented. It was clear they go above and beyond to make your stay a positive experience. Also had a chance to try several onsite restaurants including Ironwood American Kitchen for lunch and Bourbon Steak for dinner and drinks. Be ready for $$ but worth it, if you're looking to treat yourself.”
“We recently stayed 8 nights on a trip to explore Scottsdale. Staybridge suites are so comfortable, just like living in a little apartment with your own full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. This was convenient for us as we prefer not to eat all meals out. The VRBO we originally booked was a disaster and we were very fortunate to have Staybridge accommodate us on the spur of the moment and when they were already fairly fully booked.
For a few days there was a boisterous boys hockey tram staying above us. Staybridge staff responsively attended to our concerns.
We will be back!”
“This review is worth reading.This hotel was incredibly clean, new, and comfortable. But apart from all of that, the staff as a whole were the absolute best.My mom and dad were vacationing here by themselves when my dad suddenly died of a heart attack. My brothers and I flew out that day and arrived in the evening. The staff were so cordial and showed just basic human decency. They got us a room right beside our mom, they sent flowers and a signed card. They gave us water and snacks and so much more. I can’t recommend this hotel any more. They have been so gracious and have been a blessing to our family in this time of suffering.”

“Bravo to Hilton for this newish property. Beautiful lobby, rooms well appointed… decent restaurant and breakfast bar. Pool area and gym worked well too. The only deficit: housekeeping services were not up to the challenge. They just couldn’t get it done…. Management: the housekeeping operations needs effort and accountability.”
“The pool, grounds and hot tub are lovely. The condo was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The decor is terrible, with different patterns on the floor, tile, chairs and art. I’m not sure what they were going for, but it wasn’t calm or serene. Also, the coffee pots and poor water quality, made terrible coffee, even after using local, freshly ground coffee. We had 3 units and they all had the same coffee pots. Even with purchased water and coffee , they made terrible coffee.”

“Regarding the property, rooms are nice and everything you need is within walking distance or a short uber ride. But, the reason I am leaving a review is because of the amazing service they provided for my family. We came in for a celebration of life and they took amazing care of all our guests. Diana helped facilitate an early check-in and helped us get all of our 4 rooms on the same floor. Ethan was awesome for the PM shift always greeting us and answering any questions. Nancy on the night audit team was super knowledgeable and helped with any late night needs. Ronda at the bar took great care of us and made us feel at home. If I travel back to Scottsdale this will be my go to hotel. Just a big thank you to everyone else who helped us have a wonderful stay.”

“We must write a review and praise our waiters, Mark & Kathrine at the mesa centrale restaurant in the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale resort. They went above and beyond to make our visit as pleasant as possible. It was a morning breakfast visit that took an extremely long time to be served and they handled the situation with humor and grace. “Nice seating area with large TV couch. kitchenette with sink, microwave, larger mini fridge and dining table that serves as an office desk. Bathroom has tub and shower with privacy door. Bedroom has a door for privacy and its own TV, Big mirrored closet and handy bench seat for luggage or dressing. Fantastic breakfast they did have oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and fruit if you’re looking for healthy. They also had ham, sausage, eggs, waffles and toppings like salsa or strawberries. Close to Mayo Hospital. More reasonable than Hotel on Mayo campus and just as nice. I did not hear any airplane noise. Excellent we will stay here when we have doctor’s appointments at either Mayo Campus.”
