“I am so excited to write this review, for many reasons, First because I had the pleasure of meeting Kay and Phil the owners of Scottsdale Bedroom Store in Scottsdale Arizona. I drove 45 minutes from Chandler/Gilbert Az. because of some pretty impressive reviews. I found that it is just as important to make sure the store you are purchasing your bed from is just as important as the bed you are purchasing . I have purchased 3 beds in the last 3 years all of which I thought was high end mattresses from stores that have many commercials about their beds. But after having a heart felt conversation with Kay which consisted of all of her knowledge regarding the history of her beds, ingredients used to make each bed and she explains why her beds are a healthy choice for some people I realized I needed a Kay in my bed of knowledge, she listened to me about what I really wanted out of my bed without rushing me. I have made my purchase and have slept two nights on my forever in love with my bed, I have not had any aches or pains in my lumbar lower back. I am trying to hold back the tears because I have never felt this happy about my bed, and it's been 3 years of searching. Please if you want Exquisite customer service and products go see Kay and Phil ! Thank You so very much. EM”

“We looked at Wallbed reviews and quality of other Wallbeds at a home show, and there was no comparison with Scottsdale Wallbeds & More Store. Ryan has the best reviews hands down. He was super helpful with coming to our home and measuring, to be sure we did not choose something we would regret, and answered all our questions. Communication is good. Amy the owner was also helpful. The installers were super patient, as I am a bit meticulous, and want it perfect since I paid so much. These may be a little more expensive than some others, but you get what you pay for, and the quality with the builder, not just sales, was worth it for us. We purchased the library which holds all the books from 2 previous bookshelves and still has lots of room left on it for decorations. It has phone chargers and lights. We got the coffee color. It is in the exercise room and there is much more room now with the sofa bed gone. Sheets can be stored right on it, and folded up. Pillows can be tucked in on the side walls. It really looks rich with the real wood floor. We love it so much, especially having a regular mattress that goes on a bed, not just a thin little fold away mattress, that we just ordered a second Wallbed for my office a couple weeks after this one was installed. Now we have a couple neighbors who love it and are interested. Will show pics of the second one when it is complete in about 8 weeks. Now we will have 2 real queen size beds for family who visit, not a smaller "queen" couch bed and the blow up bed.Update: second Wallbed in my office is the Magnolia Horizontal in white with a brownish color which looks kind of antique or stone washed. It is also a real Serta queen mattress like the library mattress. It fits great and there’s plenty of room to walk around, and I only have to scoot my office chairs out of the way a little. I purchased 2 different size nightstands, to use for my printer and other office supplies. Again Ryan was super helpful with measuring and suggestions. We were planning on the vertical bed, but the horizontal fits better. The installation guys were great! We highly recommend Scottsdale Wallbeds & More Store!”

I reached out to Naturepedic with some questions about their EOS customizable mattress. I was interested in trying it out but wanted to speak with an actual person (not the internet) who could provide guidance. I was connected with Tyler at the Scottsdale Naturepedic store. I am so grateful to Tyler -- he has been immensely helpful and patient with me throughout my mattress purchasing process, and I can't thank him enough!
Sadly, there aren't any Naturepedic stores near me so I can't try any of the mattresses or toppers in person. Tyler genuinely and patiently listened to me as I explained to him the type of mattress feel I was hoping to create with the EOS. He made trustworthy suggestions (he turned out to be spot on with them!), and was very easy to communicate with. He was also very responsive and promptly helped me exchange comfort layers until we found what worked for us.
As for the quality of the EOS mattress itself -- we love it. It's clearly well made and feels incredibly supportive. Very thankful to Naturepedic and Tyler for helping us find an all around great mattress!”

“There doesn’t seem to be very many mid to high-end furniture stores in the West Valley. Woodbridge Interiors in Glendale fiills the bill. We worked with Heather Joyce, who was not only delightful, but honest and direct. She came out to our house to make sure the measurements of the couch we were going to purchase would work, and she made some solid recommendations.. She was professional, friendly, and efficient. “We presently own an 11 year old Sleep Number and decided to get a new bed. We thought about Saatva but they have no showroom in Phoenix. So we wandered into the Sleep Number showroom on N Scottsdale Road. Lucky us. Jerret Whitford walked us through the many different models and let us lie down on the ones that interested us. He put them into their different positions and told us about many of the features. He was very careful to step away and let us talk privately when we needed to. We loved the beds and Jerret was very professional and knowledgeable. It was an excellent experience and we bought a new flex top king bed. Neither of us sleep well, but we think we will now! “So one thing I know for sure is I know nothing about mattresses. Thank God for places like Sack Time. I made the mistake of ordering one of those "online" mattresses in a box. You know the one that you open the box and it explodes like a Seal Team Six Raft. If you think that's impressive wait until you try to return it. Yeah guess what doesn't go back in the box? So that brings me to my visit to Sack Time. I went to several stores in the Scottsdale area (even one across the street) which were all lousy experiences. Then I stumbled across this little family owned gem. The girl who helped me was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about mattresses. She helped me pick out the perfect mattress for my back and I am sleeping better than ever now.
