“Life savers!!!!! I'm so grateful for the team at Extra Space Storage for going above and beyond for me the other day. I was moving stuff with the cart into the elevator when something fell and knocked my entire set of keys DOWN the elevator shaft. On a Sunday no less! We called the emergency number and was helped ASAP. The facility contacted the elevator company who came out Tues morning and were able to retrieve my keys. Aside from them being so wonderful with their customer service. I feel very safe with their system for getting into the building and knowing no matter what time of day, Im safe inside. The building is temperature controlled, very clean, easy to manage your stuff. I highly recommend this place if you need to store your belongings for any length of time. Thank you again for being so wonderful!”

I got to work with Jamie and she has given me nothing but great customer service through 2 weeks of finding the right spaces for all my needs. She has a great attitude and helped me with the entire process in a detailed manner explaining every thing to where it made sense to me. The catered food and open bar made for a terrific party. Only negative was the DJ was a little loud, hard to talk over the music. Other than that, I am really glad we were able to see this! “I first found about the cube smart located by Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea thru my daughter who stored her belongings there.
It was a 105+ temp day and when I entered the facility I was blown away.
Seemed like the inside temp was like 75 degrees, and the place is like new. Super clean, no foul odors, not musty, just plain clean and bright both inside and out.
The staff is excellent as well.
Cheyenne is the Pro that assisted me thru the unit selection process, based on my needs,.
She is a great listener, very informed about the storage business and is also extremely transparent. When I drove in she quickly got out from behind her desk, and opened the door with a big smile and a welcoming attitude.
I have been in the sales arena for more than 40 years, and I really appreciate it when someone follows me up with a thank you call, and appointment confirmation calls.
