BTL provided an Overwhelming amount of knowledge of the products they sold and explained all the ways the gear meets the requirements for the leagues my sons play in. BTL pointed out all the certs and stamping on the gear. BTL did something I've not experienced in the past from other vendors they had their own quality control that looked over edge to edge on the equipment for defects as if it were their own kid ensuring we received the highest . “I’m a bigger guy and these holsters allow me to carry aiwb no problem. I have a box of at least 15 holsters from various manufacturers that are pretty worthless to me, so I have experience from the cheap Amazon kydex, to the most expensive leather of the bunch. I can say that Hawg has created a 99% perfect holster that allows me to basically forget I’m even carrying. You guys rock!”
“Had a putter fitting with Chris. The facility itself is great. Good selection of brands and putter models. The putting fitting area with trackman is awesome and provides great feedback.
For the fitting, Chris was very in depth and knowledgeable. He gave me a few pointers during the fitting without changing much of what I was doing. We tried different putters but at the end of the day, Chris said there wasn’t anything that worked better than what I currently had. He wasn’t pushing in any way or trying to fit me into something that didn’t work as well just to sell a putter.

“This store consistently has a great selection of athletic shoes with phenomenal prices. They have the widest range of brands from Nike, Hoka, and Reebok. I'm priced out of Hoka's right now, so I bought two pairs of Reebok Cardi B - one in pale pink and the other in a very deep and bright purple. The Reebok Cardi B line has the arch and heel support I need for my old feet - thick, soft cushion for my heels that apparently have tissue loss. These are also easy to wear without socks (I have sensory issues with socks). Thank G-d for these shoes and for the price point being affordable (on sale at the moment). The Cardi B Reebok's in purple run about a half size large. I bought a pair about a month ago and gave them to a friend because they were too big. I didn't try to exchange them at the time only because I knew my friend would like them and appreciate them. As I understand it, Foot Locker has a very reasonable return policy. Staff is always super courteous, helpful, and attentive. The store is located on the uppermost level near the indoor entrance for Nordstrom. If you start from the Starbucks in the food court, go north up the escalators. Possibly 2 sets of escalators. Hurry! ?”

Scheduled an appointment with Jacob Locke. He was awesome, spent 90 minutes with me tweaking my clubs for my grip and swing. I also needed a few new drivers, and he hooked me up with a few choices to match my ability. They are working great for me. I've enjoyed my game more since these purchases! Can highly recommend 2nd Swing Golf!!”
