“I was @ QT, about 3 Saturdays ago. I went in to get gas/ Goodies. When I return to car, it wouldn't start. I ask a few customers if they could give me a battery jump, to no avail, no one had cables. I went back inside, I ask attendant, @ counter if he had any, he replied, no, but he'll ask other attendant. Within 5mins..he had found someone to give me a jump! I was very impressed, to how he went out of way, out of his comfort zone to help a customer! I found out his name. I want to say to Micheal, thank you so...much for going that EXTRA, Miley, Kudos Michael!! Thank you QT!!!! See you next time!”

“My wife and I stayed at a resort in Peoria and this place was close. We went to it multiple times and I thought it was great. It surprised me to see the negative reviews by others but I can understand. When we were there the help was great, the coffee was good and the donuts fresh. We were happy campers on Happy Valley RD!”

“Hopefully Jenny is still managing this store. My wife and I have been going here for 9 years. After moving further away, and being closer to the waddell/reems store, we still go to the Bell/reems store. I was there today and noticed the pizza was being served like the waddell store. My wife said she saw the manager from the waddell store there the other day, and not Jenny, yelling at the employees. If she is at this store, I will NOT remain a customer, as she is the reason we don't go to the waddell store. If this store is being run by that manager, save yourself some aggrevation and visit QT at grand and mountian view.”

“Idk the managers name who worked on the last Sunday night but I would like to give him my sincerest thank you. I had a concern regarding the gas pump I was using and spoke with him about it. I did not expect to receive such excellent customer service but was very impressed with how he handled my issue. He could have treated me much differently but went instead above what I expected to make sure I left satisfied. He was respectful professional and made my day! Thank you. I appreciated it and hope they realize what a great employee but also person he is!”

“Update should have taken photos every one of the drink machines was out of order including the slushy machine all the soda machines both of the soda machines I should say not one of them had syrup bloated and after more than a month they still haven't fixed their freezer for ice cream so there's no ice cream to be found I'm very disappointed I went there to get a drink preferably a slushie but since that was out of order I would have settled for a soda but I couldn't even get that and I'll be damned if I'm going to pay for ice water thank you very much hopefully next time things will be repaired and in order as they should be. Would love to see it back up to spec. Thank you
Update: fountains and freezer are repaired! Yay!

“CVS is my go to store for the smaller things and the drive through for my prescriptions. The drive through is so convenient for me when my body aches too much to walk in store. All the employees are very friendly also. Always willing to help or answer any questions anytime. It helps when I don’t feel well to see their friendly faces.”
“Convenience! Redbox, good sales on beauty products sometimes. I've gotten some really good deals on cologne too. I find myself shopping here for Hallmark cards and I enjoy the seasonal isle as well. Especially when shopping for holiday goodies for the girls and hubby. I really appreciate their over the counter medicines. Plenty of natural, homeopathic, dye free options I wouldn't have access to without Walgreens. I definately still mask up in this store. Employees are always so kind. If it gets busy someone is called up front right away. Right now the pharmacy is temporarily closed, but not the store itself. One of their 2 pharmacists took another job and they haven't been able to find a replacement. They have techs, but really need an actual pharmacist. To prevent over working their other pharmacist and losing them, they temporarily closed the pharmacy until they can get another person to help carry the load. It is a very busy location.”

“My whole family's experience with this Circle K has always been awesome. We've always been greeted no matter how many customers are in the store, They also know and remember all of our names and then if something is not working/out of order or if it just stated acting funny or something like they always always do 100%+ to make up for it.”

“Racist woman came to the pharmacy without her insurance card and did not try to get the information herself. The technician was helping her already . She Yelled across the pharmacy to the pharmacist that he had to call her insurance. It does not take a pharmacist to call the insurance, The tech would have helped her but she was out of control. Then complains about the people working.”

“Had 6miles left on the tank by the time we got to thankfully, the nearest Gas Station, Circle K!
Was really hungry and went in to ask about the free grill item, candy and drinks and Logan was really helpful. Jorrel, even more tried to help out when I asked about the free slice of pizza for birthdays.
Appreciate how they are very welcoming and comfortable to talk to especially when we were asking to claim the app freebies.
Circle K has some really great staff!
Haven't had a bad experience since I started going to their stores. Hope Circle K treats their Franchisee and the Store Staff well. :)”

“This location is one block away from another location by our home. This one has a medical office now built into it. When you walk in the front door you can chose left for medical or right to Walgreens for pharmaceutical. What will they think of next. Pretty smart idea. I love that it is new, bright, and clean. It seems larger than others, but is less busy for some reason. Employees here are super nice.”
“I am a bit surprised at some of these reviews because I have been visiting this little community store for more than a decade, and I have never had a bad interaction with anyone there, found the price of anything I was interested in to be overpriced. They carry a particular beverage that until very recently I couldn't find anywhere else. When I stopped in one day for a six pack, they were sold out. When I mentioned it the clerk wrote the name down, and told me he would have it in a couple days. And he did! And he made sure that every time I stopped in, he always had at least one six pack put away cold for me. That is the kind of old school customer service that I really appreciate!”

“I came right from urgent care for a prescription and I knew it wouldn’t be ready yet but I live out near Buckeye/waddell with no pharmacies near me I can use with my insurance… so I was prepared to wait. I explained my situation and they had my prescription ready so fast and were really nice about the whole thing!”
“This CVS is the best, been a customer there for twelve years. I love the staff and the Pharmacists are awesome! The Manager is friendly and always greets all the customers and the staff is amazing, always pleasant, friendly, and helpful!”

“Looking at all these reviews is funny. My recommendation is for people to download the app to put in your refills. I went in the other day and their was only 1 tech and 1 pharmacist working. Looks to me they do not have any employees to answer the phone. Not really their fault.”
“This store is always hopping due to its location very close to Del Webb hospital. Despite how busy they are, the pharmacy crew is always helpful, friendly, and on top of checking for upcoming refills or other issues that might need to be handled. 10/10 would recommend - but then it'll only be busier!”

“At first I kept going for lower gas prices and I thought it was a little dingy. But after a few trips I saw the restrooms were clean, always good hot coffee with actual raw sugar. Service: easy folks, respectful and nice, not a pretense; so I'm satisfied. I take 4 pumps- 8 chances to fill up, friendly people, cleanliness, and easy in, and easy out any day, over poor attitudes and sometimes racism like at the Shell station further west down the skyway, that's actually out of the way to get to. So what, the Circle K has 4 pumps. Some're always open and the donuts are always fresh, making my trips to my doctors a lot nicer to take. And, there's always extra parking.”
“Had a awesome checkout experience today with Rodolfo. Wanted to call him out by name...sadly it's the negative reviews only that get any attention. He was kind, helpful and attentive and immediately jumped in to help me at the register. Lovely young man. He did an even better job of explaining coupons to me...CVS corporate is awful anymore. The gal working whose name I didn't catch was also nice. To the front of the store, keep up the good work. The pharmacy is hit and miss, I prefer the veteran techs. Hugs and kudos to the front from the Phoenician!”
