“10/10 service! Only Brompton dealer that responded promptly about restocks, shipping, etc. No sales tax or shipping fees. Al and Donna communicated frequently throughout the process, checked the bike before shipping, repacked with more protective material, and even added a sealant to prevent flats for free! So much more helpful than the Brompton customer reps or even my local Brompton Junction. Definitely purchase from Portapedal!!”

“We always go for a bike ride on New Year's Day. This year I found some few rentals at PedalJetz. I booked four bikes a few days in advance. The next day the owner called to tell me the system shouldn't have let me book for January 1 because the store was closed that day. But he still honored the booking and showed up to rent the bikes on his day off. When we were done, an employee showed up to check in the bikes. Super great service. And the bikes were top of the line. And the Scottsdale bike paths are the best in the state.”

“10/10, absolutely love this place. I had broken a pedal off my e-bike, and unceremoniously dropped by (meaning without calling or making an appointment), and the team got me right in. They ordered the parts and installed the cutest new pedals (that I happened to find while shopping around the surprisingly well-stocked retail area) for me, and delivered on time with every time promise they made. As a bonus, my bike runs 1000% better than it did when I dropped it off. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

“I recently moved into the area with no vehicle, so I purchased a small ebike. Love it but...the disc was tweaked during shipment and made a rubbing noise while I rode.
After contacting the company, they told me to send it back for a complete refund/exchange. That's all well & good, but I'm 68 with a bad back, and where would I come up with a box - was damaged in shipment. Plus the fact that I'd have to pay to send it back!
I had just about come to the conclusion that the end result would end up with me riding it until I couldn't; didn't pay much for it compared to others.
When I found that this Bike Shop was fairly close to where I live, I called & explained my situation.
The gentleman on the phone was very cordial & told me to bring it in, so I did so earlier today, noise & all.
Miles made small adjustments while I watched and fixed it. I told him that he'd made my day & the rest of my life.
Paying a nominal fee & thanking him profusely, I headed out the door.
I will definitely be back!”
