“I rent from this place almost every six months. I keep coming back despite all of the negative things I’ve experienced with the rental cars, because I know the service from the people who work there are consistent, and they care.

Now, with great quality of service comes high turnover, because good people get scouted and move on to better opportunities, which is why I gave the 4 stars for the people, not for the cars. Two trips ago, I got a really bad car and I gave the staff a very long list. Not only I didn’t get judged, I was compensated for what I believed was fair.

This most recent experience in December, James provided one of the best car pickup experiences I have had in a while. He said he was transferred from the airport, which makes total sense because he is efficient, and this location is probably lower stress for him. Shout out.

However, the drop off experience was not so good. I followed the rule to drive my car into the return zone, and walked inside the store to wait for assistance. Somehow the two cars that arrived after me got serviced first. Sooo should I have waited near my car so I don’t get missed? I am not sure.”

“I have rented at this location a couple of times, and both times have been my best rental car experiences. I would definitely recommend them. All of the employees are friendly and easy to work with. Their customer service is excellent and the cars I have rented have been clean and in great condition.”

“I recently rented a Lamborghini hurricane spyder, the car ran exceptionally well! Everything went smoothly. I was nervous after reading some of the negative reviews and probably (did) over react at the end when I was getting nervous about receiving my deposit. The owner if a true man of his word and just trying to survive and thrive in this life just like the rest of us. Totally would rent from him again. Don’t be nervous about giving this gentleman your business! Great opportunity and experience!”

“I would like to commend the branch manager Carson for his handling of a chaotic day at this location. It was an extremely busy time in Phoenix and the Phoenix airport was completely out of rental cars across all vendors, not just enterprise. This resulted in massive overflow to this nearby branch location and a shortage of cars for reservations there. Carson handled the situation extremely calmly and professionally and with kindness, and a smile. He single-handedly worked his way through a packed waiting room of at least 10 clients and did his best to accommodate everyone despite the challenges of the situation. It took much longer than expected to get a car but Carson's professionalism and attitude made the absolute best of the situation. Hey Enterprise management... This guy is a keeper and should be given a promotion and a pay raise ! !”

“I rent here quite often and these guys are awesome. Always pleasant and fast getting you checked in and out. They usually have a nice variety of cars. Even during heavy tourism times. Couldn't recommend them more to anyone. Also, if you have a Costco account book thru their Costco Travel system. They literally have the cheapest non-corporate pricing. I booked a convertible mustang on the big island in Hawaii 3 years in a row for about 40 dollars a day off-peak. You can book without paying first so get your deal then keep watching for a lower price each day. They change prices often so if you get a better price just cancel the old reservation. I've done this many times and saved big. They also compare several rental agency's prices like avis enterprise dollar and alamo.”
