“Not a long wait at all. Very pleasant young man checked me in at front desk Doctor Medonca’s assistant also very pleasant. Dr. Medonca did not make me wait long, was fully informed of labs and past overnight hospitalization and did not need to look all this up. He explained that things were going better for me, went over my labs and a change in one medicine. He is one of two of my very favorite doctors in that he’s very kind, explains everything and truly cares about his patients. I’m very blessed to be able to be in his practice.”

Dr Marias is great with my kids. Very professional and great kid-friendly bed side manners. The nurse was always gentle and quick with vaccinations. Let's not forget the awesome prize chest. My kids looked forward to that.
We only came here for their yearly well-check appointments and had a great experience everytime, from scheduling all the way to seeing the doctor.

“I have no idea why the ratings are so low- there is a mild scent in the room but it isnt unpleasant, and can I PLEASE tell you about the staff? My phlebotomist was named Marta, and holy crap! I've had ER nurses poke me before and she was better at finding my vein and poking me that they were (which goes to show how well she does her job she is exceptional!)
The ladies up front were also very warm and kind, and Samantha made my whole days with her bright personality and how understanding and kind she was!
Im super grateful we came here for my blood draw it was practically in and out! We tried to the other tempe location which was closed and honestly? So glad because I already know this team was absolutely perfectly messed. Thank you guys so much!”

“My kiddo is a hard stick. He was very upset , as most kids are, and he is a fighter. Maria at PediaLabs was wonderful. Absolutely un disturbed by my kiddo resistance. She was calm and kept encouraging my son the whole time. In times past with other phlebotomist, they can grow weary of the battle to get the blood draw. Maria was so patient and so kind.
