Beth, the owner, is such a kind and caring person which makes shopping there such a delight. Not to mention seeing the shop dog named Toby, is the highlight of my week. He's a hilarious and a perfect mascot to represent Sunflower. I'm comforted by the fact that everything on the shelves are high quality healthy options for my cats and dogs. Great selection whether you're shopping for raw, freeze dried, cans or kibble. Beth will also place special orders for products she doesn't always have in stock. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. I'm happy to support a local business instead of the "big box stores" that dominate the market share without caring about what's healthy and what's not for my pets. It’s always amazed me how my good babies would let me do anything to them but trim their nails but would be unbothered and friendly to complete strangers who were doing them.lol All I know is these ladies treat my dogs like I do and my dogs are genuinely happy to see them and that’s enough for me to keep coming back and to recommend them to others.

From making the appointment, checking in, initial examination and follow up Tempe lake's staff were professional, clear and kind. Even our cat (Naia), who is usually extra stressed at and after vet visits, was quick to warm up to them and return to her usual antics when we got home after the exam and treatment!
Comparing with other clinics, even their treatment plans and pricing were meaningfully less difficult and expensive. As our kitty is getting older, we expect her needs will be growing in time, but we are less concerned with being able to afford to get her the care she needs thanks to Tempe Lake.

If you have cats you may understand that not all of that seem to like cats or want to work with them or want to work with them. But she doesn't seem to have this issue. Honestly, all the staff can't seem to get enough of my cat even though they have their own cats roaming around the office! ❣️

The staff are friendly and helpful; one of the few Daycare/Boarding facilities Max is comfortable with. In my book that's a win! We have utilized their Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming services all to our satisfaction and within easy driving distance. We have also taken Max for Boarding at the Chandler location a few years ago as well. However, due to proximity, we continue to use this Tempe area more. Thank you Mak Pack!

The space is limited. The grill master was very mechanical and fun to watch as he managed every order. As busy as they were, the cashier was still attentive to the guests in line, the dining room and the condiment bar. We tried a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. The flavors were good. I would go here again.

The bread is delicious - pillowy, buttery, garlicky - and the meat, cheese, and sauces were top notch. The sandwiches were SO big but also really inexpensive compared to other restaurants... and quality is unparalleled.
The small spaghetti marinara was cooked perfectly, sauce was delicious, and the portion size was really generous. I will never make spaghetti at home as long as Spaghetti Shark is cooking!
