I'm also obsessed with the dog birthday cakes!!! For my dogs next gotcha day/birthday, I'm totally getting her one! They also had some great accessories like a cooling bandana and a collapsible water bowl. Love this place!!! 💙

His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to customize the tank gave me complete confidence throughout the process.
When the aquarium arrived, it exceeded every expectation I had. The craftsmanship is exceptional, the customizations were executed perfectly, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. He was quick to respond to my texts and did his best to get us on the schedule quickly, even though he works a different full-time job.Original review 2023: Bernie came and installed a dog door that I purchased into our metal door. He did a beautiful job and was done within an hour. His price was fair in comparison to other companies I called, and he was able to work me into his schedule within a week.

When I realized a lot of them were dead I called and asked if they could do an even exchange. I got so much more than I could have hoped for. Not only did they immediately accept and apologize for the dead worms, they brought me an entire 500 ct container of worms from the back for me to take home. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I came into PetSmart looking for booties for Bella and picked out a pair. When it came time to try them on, Bella had absolutely no idea what to do with these strange things on her feet! 😂 Raelee stepped in and showed me that the best thing to do was get Bella up and walking so she could start getting used to the feeling. She was incredibly patient with her and took the time to actually help us instead of simply sending us on our way.
The next day, I realized I wanted to exchange the boots for a different pair, and I was so happy to see Raelee was there again. She went above and beyond again, helping me try the new boots on Bella and making sure they fit her properly before we left.
What really stood out to me was how genuinely helpful and caring Raelee was. She treated Bella with so much patience and kindness, and I never felt rushed. It’s one thing to provide good customer service, but it’s another to make a customer feel like you genuinely care about them and their pet — and that is exactly what Raelee did.
PetSmart is incredibly lucky to have her. Raelee is the kind of employee who makes you want to return to a store because you know you’ll be taken care of. Thank you, Raelee, for taking such great care of Bella and for making both of our visits such a wonderful experience. You deserve ALL the recognition! ❤🐾

Our rescue dog is completely freaked out by us trying to trim her nails. We tried almost every trick and nothing worked. Called and took her in. 10 minutes later I had a dog with trimmed nails. No magic (even though it seemed like it) but great care and understanding. 100% returning in a month or so to get her used to getting nails done professionally.

I pay about $30 more for 2 dogs than I did 1 dog at Petco. I will always bring my dogs here♥️

270 W Chandler Heights Rd UNIT 3, ChandlerMy 12 yr old dog had severe diarrhea for a week. I took her to a vet in Mesa and afterward she started going downhill fast. My daughter got her an appointment at this animal hospital right away. They listened to my concerns, looked over the current treatment plan and then proceeded to test for Parvo and take X-rays to see if she had a blockage. She was given fluids for dehydration and prescribed antibiotics and a dewormer. Also an appetite stimulant to get her to eat again. I began to see improvement after the 2nd dose of antibiotics. By day two she is eating and drinking water and slowly recovering. I was doubtful she was going to pull through as she had dropped 5 pounds in 3 days. I was told I could bring her back on Saturday to learn how to administer IV fluids at home. But I felt she had improved enough to make it through the weekend. I am so grateful for the staff at this clinic for being so thorough and gentle with my fur baby. They went over costs with me and were honest about treatments. They did not try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. I am so thankful for the medical professionals at this hospital. Even though the costs were significant, I got results this time and the answers I needed to move forwsrd.

Copper Mountain Animal Hospital
2980 South Alma School Road Ste 1, ChandlerI am so glad I found Dr Olson and the other staff at Copper Mountain. My dog Hank had to have abdominal surgery and Dr Olson performed the surgery. I had to transfer him to the ER since it was a Friday and he needed overnight care. Hank ultimately went septic and didn’t make it, but Dr Olson gave me a call to express their condolences. It was really nice and comforting to hear how much they cared for Hank and they even called the ER to check on him over the weekend when he was there. The care they show for their patients is just what you want to see at a vet.

The only con is the staff trying to sell us services we are not really interested in such as heart worm, dietary testing etc. We have our own agenda and as seniors we have a budget that we must stick by, other than that, we do appreciate the service our pets receive. We travel quite a distance to Pet Doctor and it's been worth it so far.

DAve has a senior border collie named Savannah and my Lucy is a border collie not even two years old and they look forward to seeing each other every day that Lucy‘s at daycare. 24/7 not only has amazing Day Care, which the dogs get their exercise. Lucy loves the open roaming. They’re open 24/7 so if your work schedule varies much like mine it is a great place to bring them. Lucy has been going there ever since she was four months old. I feel confident when I board her for my vacations and work trips. They have parties for the dogs and Lucy loved this year‘s Halloween because she bobbed for apples, was in a costume contest, and got a doggy treat bag at the end of the night from the party. Wonderful Halloween night for her and so safe. I highly highly recommend Chandler 24 seven. All of the workers there are wonderful.

1870 W Germann Rd St 100, ChandlerWe absolutely love K-9 Resort! We take our white lab, Daisy, there daily for daycare, and she gets so excited every single time we pull up. It’s obvious how much she loves being there and how well she’s cared for.
The staff is incredible — they truly treat every dog like family. Daisy has made so many friends, and the team goes above and beyond by giving treats, taking adorable pictures, dressing the dogs up for holidays and special occasions, and sharing fun updates on social media. It’s such a joy seeing how happy the dogs are.
One thing that really stands out is how clean the facility always is. We’ve been to other dog daycares before, and none compare. Daisy always comes home smelling clean and happy. The staff also pays attention to every little detail — if Daisy has even the smallest scratch or bump, they immediately let us know and keep us updated.
As pet parents, that level of care and communication means everything to us. We are beyond happy with the service and so grateful to have found a place where Daisy is genuinely loved and so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

There were days when we were at our wits end with our crazy beagle’s behavior, but Mark was able to put things into perspective and show us the progress that was being made. Our puppy now is safer, is much better behaved, and our sanity is restored. We are so grateful to have invested in the Doggie Steps program.

I was really nervous at first because Rocky is reactive toward other dogs, but they actually listen. They respect his boundaries, understand his needs, and genuinely care about his well-being. I never feel like he’s just “another dog” there — he’s treated with patience, understanding, and kindness.
There was a time when my family and I went to Vietnam for three weeks, and knowing Rocky was in their care gave me so much peace of mind. They took such good care of him and even sent us photos, which meant more to me than I can put into words. Being so far away, that reassurance made all the difference.
I trust these guys completely. I know Rocky is safe, respected, and well cared for whenever he’s there. On top of that, their prices are very fair for the level of care, attention, and love they provide.
If you’re looking for a place where people truly care about your dog and treat them like their own, this is it. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for Lee and the entire team.

You can order charcuterie boards but they also have a full menu of sandwiches, salads etc. I came in with a group and there was plenty of seating. The ambiance is very cute as well. We all got the lunch special which is a half sandwich with either salad or soup for $13.50. I got the blue cow grilled cheese and tomato soup. What a delicious sandwich! It had roast beef, a jam, pepper relish, havarti and blue cheese. It was really tasty and just the right amount of blue cheese to be tasty and not overwhelming. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal though I will say the person who got the brie, fig jam and prosciutto one was especially happy!

They stayed friendly and attentive even though it was noticeably hot inside during our visit, seemingly with little to no AC running. The food itself was good, but the heat made it hard to enjoy the meal, and honestly I felt for the employees having to work in those conditions for a full shift. Hoping management looks into the climate control situation. The staff deserve a comfortable place to work, and customers would enjoy their meals more too.
