His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to customize the tank gave me complete confidence throughout the process.
When the aquarium arrived, it exceeded every expectation I had. The craftsmanship is exceptional, the customizations were executed perfectly, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. I came into PetSmart looking for booties for Bella and picked out a pair. When it came time to try them on, Bella had absolutely no idea what to do with these strange things on her feet! 😂 Raelee stepped in and showed me that the best thing to do was get Bella up and walking so she could start getting used to the feeling. She was incredibly patient with her and took the time to actually help us instead of simply sending us on our way.
The next day, I realized I wanted to exchange the boots for a different pair, and I was so happy to see Raelee was there again. She went above and beyond again, helping me try the new boots on Bella and making sure they fit her properly before we left.
What really stood out to me was how genuinely helpful and caring Raelee was. She treated Bella with so much patience and kindness, and I never felt rushed. It’s one thing to provide good customer service, but it’s another to make a customer feel like you genuinely care about them and their pet — and that is exactly what Raelee did.
PetSmart is incredibly lucky to have her. Raelee is the kind of employee who makes you want to return to a store because you know you’ll be taken care of. Thank you, Raelee, for taking such great care of Bella and for making both of our visits such a wonderful experience. You deserve ALL the recognition! ❤🐾

I’ve been bringing my dogs here since they first opened years ago, and even before that, I trusted the owner Annie with my dogs at her previous location. That alone says a lot about how much I trust her and her team!!
Everyone at Pin Up Pets treats my dog with so much love, care, and compassion. Their service is always top-notch, and the entire staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. You can genuinely tell that they love animals and take pride in what they do.
My dog actually looks forward to every grooming appointment, which says everything! 🐶❤ I always feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care, and they come home looking and feeling amazing.
If you’re looking for a groomer who will treat your pet like their own, I highly recommend Pin Up Pets! I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else!!

Our rescue dog is completely freaked out by us trying to trim her nails. We tried almost every trick and nothing worked. Called and took her in. 10 minutes later I had a dog with trimmed nails. No magic (even though it seemed like it) but great care and understanding. 100% returning in a month or so to get her used to getting nails done professionally.

My dog sees Kylene, and I cannot say enough good things about her. I am beyond grateful to have found her. She truly babies my baby, is incredibly patient, takes the time to comfort her, and makes the entire experience so much less stressful. Knowing my dog is in such caring hands gives me so much peace of mind.

The veterinary assistant helped take care of my kitten and did a thorough physical check for him. The doctor explained the diagnostic results to us in detail and listened to our concerns patiently. They treated our kitten as their family and gave him required treatment for getting him better. They also taught us how to prevent the same problem in the future. Actually we learned a lot from them.
The most important thing is that the billing information is transparent. They listed all the recommend treatments for us to reference and discussed it with us for the best way to treat my kitten well.
Thank you, Kira and Dr. Duffy! You eased our worries and gave my kitten the proper treatment. He now is more relaxing and getting better. Thank you for your help!

The only con is the staff trying to sell us services we are not really interested in such as heart worm, dietary testing etc. We have our own agenda and as seniors we have a budget that we must stick by, other than that, we do appreciate the service our pets receive. We travel quite a distance to Pet Doctor and it's been worth it so far.

Copper Mountain Animal Hospital
2980 South Alma School Road Ste 1, ChandlerI am so glad I found Dr Olson and the other staff at Copper Mountain. My dog Hank had to have abdominal surgery and Dr Olson performed the surgery. I had to transfer him to the ER since it was a Friday and he needed overnight care. Hank ultimately went septic and didn’t make it, but Dr Olson gave me a call to express their condolences. It was really nice and comforting to hear how much they cared for Hank and they even called the ER to check on him over the weekend when he was there. The care they show for their patients is just what you want to see at a vet.

1020 East Pecos Road Suite 1, ChandlerI have used this hospital’s services to have both of my dogs—one male and one female—spayed/neutered, and I was very happy with the care they received. I have also brought my dogs and cats here multiple times for low-cost vaccinations, heartworm testing, and anal gland expressions, and the service has always been thorough, professional, and excellent.
During my most recent visit, the veterinarian did a very thorough examination and took the time to make sure my dog was healthy and ready before giving any vaccinations. The vet assistant was also wonderful and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how attentive and caring the entire team was.
I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough, and affordable veterinary care!

7210 West Ray Road, ChandlerI cannot say enough good things about VEG. I have been here four times. Evening, middle of the night, and early morning. Each time was the same no matter how many people were there. The staff was kind to every creature in the building. They were patient and hard working. My chihuahua has had varied emergencies from a scorpion sting to a ruptured anal gland. They have always explained everything and helped us in our worried state. They charge the same as we’d pay at our vet with no appointment, in the middle of the night. I’ve heard them support all types of animals with minor needs to the worst of scenarios. Then they turn around and keep helping more.
Today, we were there in the morning. We’d left the house without food or coffee and between that and all the medical stuff around me, I passed out while they were treating my pup (and I call him a drama queen!). Suddenly, these angels were all helping me with water, ice packs, and snacks.
As a school teacher, I feel like I know magic when I see it. This place is the best of humanity. They care and heal and somehow exude calm and love in a space that could be filled with fear and pain.

I was really nervous at first because Rocky is reactive toward other dogs, but they actually listen. They respect his boundaries, understand his needs, and genuinely care about his well-being. I never feel like he’s just “another dog” there — he’s treated with patience, understanding, and kindness.
There was a time when my family and I went to Vietnam for three weeks, and knowing Rocky was in their care gave me so much peace of mind. They took such good care of him and even sent us photos, which meant more to me than I can put into words. Being so far away, that reassurance made all the difference.
I trust these guys completely. I know Rocky is safe, respected, and well cared for whenever he’s there. On top of that, their prices are very fair for the level of care, attention, and love they provide.

Cooper truly had the best time and received so much love from all the staff! Our boy is a little shy, but the staff took such great care of him and made him feel so comfortable his whole stay. We absolutely recommend the camera villa, which is only $10 extra a night! We loved being able to watch Cooper sleep, eat, and get his cuddles in! Getting daily report cards, photos, and being able to text during business hours gave us so much reassurance! We will absolutely be using HPP for all the boarding in the future!

You can order charcuterie boards but they also have a full menu of sandwiches, salads etc. I came in with a group and there was plenty of seating. The ambiance is very cute as well. We all got the lunch special which is a half sandwich with either salad or soup for $13.50. I got the blue cow grilled cheese and tomato soup. What a delicious sandwich! It had roast beef, a jam, pepper relish, havarti and blue cheese. It was really tasty and just the right amount of blue cheese to be tasty and not overwhelming. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal though I will say the person who got the brie, fig jam and prosciutto one was especially happy!

1400 West Mesquite Street, ChandlerCome to this dog park to meet fellow dog lovers and neighbors. There is water access as well as bags and scoops for the gifts dogs leave behind. Also a fenced area within the larger fenced park is for dogs not accustomed to being around other dogs. I recommend bringing treats&toys for the dogs. Bring water&hand sanitizer for yourself.
