βVery helpful service from the manager on site, Star, as I sought to explore all of my storage options. She showed me numerous units, answered all of my questions and she made it very easy to understand and work through the entire process.β
β5 stars for Michael Kelly the onsite property manager. He has been nothing but helpful for 2+ years. 2 stars for Public Storage as company.... I'm not so hot on them.β

βToday we had an amazing experience at the Extra space storage in Tempe on Broadway after spending a good chunk of the hot afternoon driving around looking for a large storage rental for my husbands company machinery. We had received the best customer service and easy rental experience from Jessica, she was able to help us figure out a great price for a storage locker that was big enough for our needs. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend this place and the staff Jessica and her helper April were an amazing team. Five stars.β

βMark & Chris did a very impressive and professional job. They were on time and listened as we gave them the specifics. Not one minute was wasted.. Each one took a different room and had all the tools to wrap & move each furniture piece properly. My furniture was as protected as possible - loading & unloading. In addition, they were courteous & respect throughout the entire move.

My daughter and I had just traveled 2000 miles and we needed a place to put our cargo trailer. I canβt say enough about this place and how easy it is to get to, but most importantly the service these guys provide to make everything so easy to store your belongings. I used another storage place back in Ohio, and I will tell you they were never as accommodating as this place. I wish I wouldβve gotten the other ladies name, but she was extremely helpful as well, and Maria personally drove me to exactly where my cargo trailer was going to be left. After driving 2000 miles it was a pleasure to be able to meet with people that really care about their job and do great serviceβ
βIβve rented units from a few of their competitors, but this facility has the cleanest and most well kept of all of them. Great customer service from Joanna and her trainee Alexis. Unfortunately I needed to vacate my unit at the end of the month and happened to run into them in the storage halls. I let Joanna know I needed to move out, she was very accommodating and gave me tips on what to do. Very easy. That day I got an email acknowledging my request. The place is air conditioned not swamped climate controlled, and has a drive up indoor access. Big plus. Highly recommendedβ

βMy client hired IDR to help stage their house to sell AND used them to pack, store and load the contents of their home until the home that they bought in CO was ready. Lisa, Selene and their crews were amazing. They took great care to make sure nothing was damaged and that everything was inventoried and delivered just as it was stored. They are a one-stop shop for all your design, moving or storage needs! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any job!β

βIt's a bit older facility, but I do like doing business here. If you are looking for brand new, suoer clean and fancy storage, probably keep looking. They do have excellent service and price, and I do feel like my things are safe.
I knew when I signed up, but having access limited to 12 hours a day is less convenient than I imagined. That's why I did. 4 stars.β

Our move-in day was very hectic and stressful and not at all as planned and we were helped very much by April, even though it was her day off. And the kiosk in the lobby was very convenient to be able to handle necessary changes.β
